If you are a party of 2 couples or a family of 4 it would be very difficult to find a better place to stay in Budapest. We can only say this apartment was perfect. The apartment was so well designed the bedrooms both en-suite were large big comfortable beds en-suite perfect lovely shower such a beautiful room. Living room was also large with very comfortable seating the kitchen was compact but amazingly had everything you could need and more.
Such a pleasure to return each evening to a warm welcoming place after a long sightseeing day.
The apartment was beautiful.
The location was fantastic with all the transportation on the door step. Metro,Tram, Bus, even a taxi rank directly opposite the apartments you can visit any part of the city so easily. Most of the major attractions were well within walking distance.
Finally the communication between our host Tibor was excellent from the start he gave much helpful and important information and advice which certainly made our stay much more enjoyable.
We have written many reviews over our years travelling this is our best.
If you are thinking of going to Budapest look at this apartment we are sure you would not be disappointed.

Our second stay at Tibor’s Dome Budapest Apartments. Fabulous location,near very good public transport. Easy access from airport or main train stations. Also easy walking distance to many main sights.
Very comfortable air conditioned apartment with everything you need including nice lighting and decor.
Great supermarket downstairs open 7 days a week.

Two couples rented this apartment fir a five day stay in Budapest. The location worked out great as we could walk to almost everything we wanted to do. If it was too far, the metro is very close and easy to navigate. There is also a bus just down the street that is a direct link to the airport which comes every ten minutes. Communication with Tibor was always timely and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were both very spacious with lots of room to unpack. Apartment has the basics for eating in and there is a City Spar grocery store right next door which was super handy. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.
The cons would be it is located on a very busy street so there is street noise at night if you are a light sleeper. They could supply you with just a little more towels/wash clothes/ dishwasher soap for a five day stay, but we didn’t ask for more either.

Spacious apartment with elegant finishing and all the amenities needed for a longer term stay. Perfect for two couples as each bedroom has an ensuite. Tibor, the host, was very friendly and responsive. We had a problem with the dishwasher and he arranged for someone to fix it the same day. You can't beat the location, all of the major attractions in Budapest for within a 15 minute walk.

The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, modern, and had everything we could possibly need. The building is older, but the apartment was lovely. Our host, Tibor, had prepared us well for self checkin, and provided lots of helpful information. Location was extremely convenient and central to most tourist locations, and we had no trouble walking everywhere. We, as a group, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend Karoly Deco Suites. Thank you Tibor, for a great stay in Budapest.

Really nice 2 bed apartment. Large rooms with 2 ensuites. Well equipped kitchen. The host was quick to solve any problems. Great central location, on the Pest side and near the Jewish Quarter. Walking distance to many popular sites and close to metro and trams. Very close to Airport Express Bus stop.

*The apartment was perfect for 2 adult couples. Plenty of shared space as well as private space.

*Location was GREAT! Easy walking access to many things that Budapest has to do and see. Also close to public transportation.
Bus from airport was easy and inexpensive and the stop was near the apartment.
We never found the remote control to turn on the air conditioning units. The apartment was a bit stuffy during the day (we were seldom there) but cooled off at night with the windows open. Due to street noise, we would have preferred leaving the windows closed and using A/C. That being said, it wasn't such a big deal that we contacted the owner about the A/C remote controls.
I would definitely stay here again. In the summer, I would want to use the A/C.

The apartment was amazing. High ceilings, tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Tibor’s binder of personal recommendations was the perfect addition to this great apartment. It even went so far as to add insets with directions!
Great location. There is a grocery store literally right outside the front door; a pharmacy at the end of the street and, for travelers with children, a nice playground a short walk away. There are several restaurants nearby and plenty of sights to see within walking distance. The Metro, bus and tram lines are probably a minute or two away. You couldn’t ask for a better location.
Tibor was Super! Answered all our questions immediately and provided very clear and detailed explanations. And, a bonus for us, he was in the neighborhood when we were at the apartment and asked if he could introduce himself. Of course we said. It was nice to meet him and get a chance to chat a bit.

Wow! Apartment was absolutely spotless and exactly as photos on the VRBO listing. Hairdryers, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and laundry facilities all just spot-on. Very comfortable and nice and cosy. Beds extremely clean and comfy and showers powerful and so clean. Perfect!
Location absolutely brilliant too - everything was within a short walk.
Tibor was so easy to deal with and very accommodating - we had a couple of changes due to flight changes & cancellations and he was super quick to respond to my emails ans very helpful. Can totally see why he gets such great reviews! Would definitely return!!! Thanks so much Tibor - we’d a great stay.

Really great apartment just on the border of the Jewish quarter within walking distance of Metro, bus and tram hubs means that you can anywhere really easily. Spacious apartment, lovely sized rooms and great kitchenette - what more do you need?

We were big winners
There is always some risk renting a property in another country. We feel so fortunate to have found this one. It’s beautiful , clean and elegant. Additionally, this property is so well supplied. It had everything one could possibly need or want And the location!! We were able to walk to most every place we wanted to go. The owner, Tibor, is gracious and responded immediately to any of our questions. We plan to return to the stunning city of Budapest in a year or two. We certainly will try to stay here again. We highly re commend this property!!

This apartment is two blocks from a major transportation hub with metro, tram, and buses going to all areas of Budapest.
The apartment itself is bright and modern, witht two bedrooms and bathrooms that give everyone the privacy they need.
Downstrairs is a supermarket that allows you to run down and get fresh bread and croissants for breakfast. We loved our stay here and would definitely book it again when back in Budapest.

Refurbished flat in a classic Budapest brick building
The rooms are spacious even though one enters directly in the living room come dining room come kitchen, perhaps a bit much for one room. No comment on both bedrooms, both large, well provided for with windows looking at the boulevard below
On the minor negatives, we missed a tea pot, a water jug and more tea spoons.
The big negative is parking if you come by car : just about impossible within a couple of miles, especially during the weekend.
On the other hand, if you come by plane, the airport bus leaves from exactly downstairs.
The quality over price ratio is fair but not exceptional.

Károly Premium Deco Suite
The apartment was exactly as described on line, very well appointed and a home from home during our stay. The location was excellent and ideally placed for visiting the main sites of this beautiful city on a weekend break. I would mention that the bedrooms overlook a main road and there is constant traffic noise throughout the night which is normal for city life.
We arranged airport transfers with Tibor who met us at the taxi when we arrived and did a full introduction to the apartment, the transfer back to the airport went without a hitch.

A very clean, modern, well equipped and well positioned apartment in a traditional building. The street was busy but double glazing mitigated noise well. The bedrooms were large and the bed very comfortable. Tibor gave lots of useful information backed up on-line and with brochures left in the apartment. All-in-all ideal for a tourist stay in Budapest.

This apartment is stunning and in a great location. Tibor couldn’t have been more helpful. We had everything we needed and loved Budapest. One thing to note if you buy metro tickets make sure you validate them in the station. We missed this and ended up with a fine. There was no help leeway or understanding from the guards so take care. Everything else was fab, especially the Grand Prix. Thank you Tibor for making our trip.

Perfect apartment in Budapest!
This apartment is in the perfect location, wonderfully maintained and stocked and beautiful. It is right between two major Metro stations, walk-able to numerous restaurants, bars and historic sites. The two minor issues we had during our stay were quickly resolved by Tibor. He was a wonderful host all around.

Lovely apartment in central Budapest
Very nice indeed...excellent location with with easy access to tram, metro, bus and rail links.
Host was very helpful in providing local tourist information and how to get there in relation to the apartment.
Host was also very helpful when the air conditioning stopped working...an absolute essential when temperatures rose to 34 degrees at one point!

Home Away Stay
We chose this property for our travel to Budapest mainly because of past reviews. We were surprised by the quality of this apartment. Beautiful inlay floors were expertly done and the high ceilings and had amazing "deco ornamentation" which carried throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms were spacious and well equipped. The apartment is conveniently located and a food market was just steps away. I can't think of anything that was lacking in this property. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in many countries, and this clearly ranks at or near the top. Thanks to Tibor for a wonderful stay.
