Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Apartment - Puerto Marina complex overlooking pool
Nachdem wir nach einem Apartment von Punto Prima nach Mojacar gesucht hatten, entschieden wir uns für dieses Ferienhaus wegen seiner fantastischen Lage. Weniger als 30 Autominuten vom internationalen Flughafen Murcia (RMU) und weniger als 1 Stunde vom internationalen Flughafen Alicante entfernt. Ein 5-minütiger Spaziergang führt Sie zu einem breiten Boulevard mit vielen hochwertigen Bars und Restaurants, die internationale Küche anbieten. Die schönen langen Sandstrände und das flache, warme Wasser des Mar Menor erreichen Sie nach einem 10-minütigen Spaziergang. Die Wohnung ist auch nur wenige Gehminuten von mehreren Supermärkten.
Perfekt für Familien und Paare, ist es ein sehr beliebter Ferienort unter den Spaniern. Das Resort verfügt über eine lange, von Bäumen gesäumte Promenade mit typisch spanischen Strandbars und Restaurants. Es ist bekannt für seine Wassersportarten aufgrund des sicheren flachen Wassers und liegt in der Nähe zahlreicher Golfplätze.
Unsere klimatisierte Wohnung im zweiten Stock ist über einen Aufzug oder eine Treppe erreichbar. Die Rampen rund um den Komplex (einschließlich Pool und Tore) machen ihn ideal für alle unsere Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität. Die Wohnung ist 110 m2 groß und eine der größten in diesem sicheren Komplex. Es ist für Ihren Komfort gut ausgestattet, um es zu einem Feriendomizil von zu Hause aus zu machen. Die Küche verfügt über einen amerikanischen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Geschirrspüler mit 12 Einstellungen, eine Waschmaschine, eine Mikrowelle und ein elektrisches Kochfeld. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer mit Einbauschränken, die viel Stauraum bieten. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett mit eigenem Bad und Dusche. Das große, schön geflieste Familienbad verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Überdusche und Sichtschutz. Es gibt zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten, die beweglich sind. Der offene Wohnbereich verfügt über einen großen Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen. Es hat auch bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen. Die Terrasse überblickt einen der drei schönen Pools und ist nach SSW ausgerichtet. Es gibt einen Gasgrill, einen Tisch mit 6 Stühlen. Wir haben zusammen mit den gepolsterten Klappstühlen Sonnenliegen bereitgestellt. Sie können im Poolbereich oder am Strand verwendet werden.

Stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks in July along with my partner, son (2 year old) and other family members. Excellent communication before we went. The apartment itself was fantastic with lots of home touches - by far the best apartment we have rented in Los Alcázares. 3 pools to choose from and no problems getting space near the pools for the sun loungers. Air con was very much appreciated as it was a heatwave whilst we were there.

This apartment is in a great location and suitable for wheelchair acess, with a fully functioning lift and walk in shower.
The apartment is spacious, lovely and clean with a homely, cosy feel to it, with a great view overlooking one of the pools.
The beds were so comfy, great nights sleep!
It has a well equiped kitchen and working gas BBQ.
The owners have thought of everything you would need to enjoy your stay, and make your holiday stress free.
The outside facilities were fantastic, grounds well maintained, and everyone was friendly, just a lovely atmosphere.

We are familiar with Los Alcazares but this is our first stay in Puerto Marina apartments. I can height recommend the apartments which are are secure and well maintained. The pools are lovely and always clean with plenty of room for sun beds. We had a 7 month baby and a 7 year old with us and our apartment catered perfectly for our needs…. The air conditioning in the apartment was a must.

Espectacular vivienda,con todas las comodidades, camas cómodas y la casa muy limpia,tiene todo lo necesario y más para poder pasar unas estupendas vacaciones!las instalaciones de piscinas etc geniales y más si vas con niños,dispone de 3 piscinas ,playas,y centros de ocio ,supermercados y tiendas a 5 minutos de la vivienda,la atención y amabilidad del propietario a destacar,al igual que Linda la mujer que se encargó de que nuestras vacaciones fueran genial,es muy extraño encontrar un lugar que coincida con tus expectativas,pero sin duda alguna a sido una grata sorpresa ,nunca habíamos estado en un alojamiento tan confortable ,limpio y bonito,muchas gracias a los propietarios,esperamos volver en un futuro.

A real home from home in a great location
We stayed here early August and I can honestly say this is the best place we have ever stayed in Los Alcazares. Everything from start to finish was well organised and was kept in touch with every step of the way by the owners Gordon and Sue.
Once we landed we phoned Linda when we left the airport and was met by them outside the apartment and she showed us around the complex. When we entered the apartment you could see the quality everywhere you looked and was shown around (and told the kids where to find the WIFI password).
We had a wonderful week away in the pools and in local bars, restaurants (5 mins away) and even had a trip up to Benidorm.
Worst part was the last day, unfortunately we had to leave and Linda met us with enough cleaning products to give Kim and Aggie a run for their money.
I honestly cannot recommend this place enough and if possible will be staying here again.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment!
We can’t say enough positive things about our stay at this apartment! The place is absolutely beautiful and would even go so far to say that the pictures don’t do it enough justice! It really is a home away from home. The living area is perfect and the couches are really comfortable for relaxing. The bathrooms are super and the beds are very comfortable.
Our experience from start to finish was fantastic. Great communication with the owners with quick replies to all queries. The key holder Linda who met us was really lovely and we knew had we encountered any problems that there was someone we could contact immediately - thankfully there were none. The WiFi is strong. The complex is immaculate and very secure. It’s only a couple of minutes walk to the main area where the shops, restaurants, bars and beach are located.
We hope to rent this apartment again.

Great Value
Very nice. Well appointed with all expected amenities. the manager was prompt and courteous. Proximity to supermarkets and restaurants much appreciated. Plenty of parking spaces makes trips out of the apartment and back less worrisome.

Great Apartment
We have just returned from a 2 week stay. This apartment is lovely and we had a fantastic holiday. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, swimming pools and communal areas are always clean and it's only a short walk to shops and restaurants.
We will be returning.

This time we brought our 11 month granddaughter and were keen to have everything on the one level within the apartment. This lovely apartment had everything you we need, not just towels, loungers, seats etc but the little things like washing tablets and washing -up liquid (things that we've had to buy in the past).
The apartment is located in a lovely safe and secure setting with three great pools. The grounds are very clean.
Gordon and Sue with any questions we had leading up to our holiday (we had no reason to contact them when we were there - always a good sign). They even arranged a pick up from and to the airport for us.
As I say we cant wait to go back next year.

Great apartment in a fabulous place.
I took my son, his wife and 3 children, aged 8, 3 and 1. This is by far the BEST equipped apartment I have ever stayed in. I couldn't think of anything that it didn't have that we could want. Very helpful owners and key holders. I'm looking forward to a return visit.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!
Amazing location, Amazing apartment, Amazing owners! We spent 5 days in this lovely apartment and we could not have been happier. The apartment, was clean, cool, well stocked and close to so everything you might want/need.
The beach is about a 10 minute walk, and getting there is a lovely walk through a number of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The beach is calm and beautiful.
Though the location and apartment were absolutely perfect, what made this stay so wonderful for us was Gordon and Sue, the owners. From the moment I booked this apartment I was introduced to Gordon. He reached out and helped me with little things regarding our travel, etc. During our trip, I had an incident where I lost my purse with EVERYTHING in it! Gordon went above and beyond to help us with any and everything we needed. He was available, responsive, helpful and kind.
We are hoping to travel back within the year, and when we do we will be staying here for all of the reasons above. Exceptional stay!

Perfect Week
Just returned from a perfect week in Los Alcazares . We could not fault the accommodation, a real home from home. The apartment and complex are very clean and well maintained. Perfect position to be near plenty of restaurants and a short stroll to the beach.

The nice Aparment, good location, fast reply from the honest owners!
Sue and Gordon's apartment is very spacious,clean and comfortable, well equipped with everything you need for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Gordon gave us all the information we needed and we were able to find the apartment without any problems. We walked from the apartment to local restaurants for dinner several times and found a good selection of food. It's easy to walk to shops. Nice view to the swiming pool e.t.c. The environment is very quiet too. To the all six golf courses is about 10-50 minutes only and the roads are very good condition.We can recommend this apartment to all. It is a great place, good owners and our only regret is that we were not able to stay longer.

Very comfortable spacious apartment in a secure gated complex.
Spent a week in this lovely apartment at the beginning of September. We had arranged the pick up/drop off service with the owners, and this was a great start to the holiday as our driver was waiting for us when we arrived, and also at departure. The apartment is very spacious, plenty of storage/hangers for clothes, comfortable beds, free wifi, air con throughout, and a stand up fan. Large open plan lounge-dining area (lovely furnishings), and the kitchen as described, was well equipped. The apartment has a lovely aspect, it overlooks one of the pools, and the large balcony catches the afternoon/evening sun. We used the sunbeds and shopping trolley, however there were other extras, such as a parasol, cool box, high chair etc if required. The complex itself is immaculate, the pools are very clean, and the plants and trees are well tended. The 525 area/Mercadona only 5 mins walk, beach 10-15 mins. Prior to booking, I had a few questions, e-mailed the owners and they responded quickly and were very helpful . All in all we had a fabulous time in Los Alcazares, the apartment was perfect, and we would love to return to it again in the future.

Perfect location and apartment for family Holiday
The service received from first contact through to leaving the apartment has been first class.
The apartment is a 3 min walk to the main supermarket and plaza, where there is an amazing choice of quality restaurants and bars. Don't be put off thinking they'll be noise, there isn't and we slept peacefully every night (I think helped by the blackout blinds and quiet air conditioning).
The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a holiday in this area. The extra's such as sunbeds, shopping trolley and bbq were really appreciated too.
If the kids had too much sun there's wi-fi and english TV to keep them occupied, but getting them out of the pools (3) was a struggle. What was also pleasing was the pools never seemed crowded, even late July/early Aug.
We'd arranged through the owner a pick up from the airport (12 euro each way) so didn't hire a car. Everything you need is in Los Alacazares, but if you do decide to explore you're ideally located.
The Mar Menor beach is perfect for youngsters, shallow and warm. You can spend hours down there, if you don't get too hot.
In summary, a great apartment in a perfect location. You'll be hard pressed (in my opinion) to find a better one.

A little gem
We stayed at Gordon and Sue's apartment in July 2017 and found it to be a fantastic place for a family holiday.
The apartment was is a very Secure and quite complex . The apartment has everything you need and was also spotless clean on arrival.
The beds where extremely comfortable . The air-conditioning was easy to work A large amount of English speaking channels on the TV and good Wi-Fi
As we have three kids we spent a lot of time at the swimming pool and again the swimming pool area was spotless all the time
The apartment was very close to all the shops and restaurants which was very handy. we did hire a car but realistically we did not need it
The airport is only five minutes drive which was a gift as well.
we would definitely go back to this apartment again in the near future.
