I found the beds uncomfortable. Noisy location - just off busy main road; noisy dog and some building work nearby. There is no patio (booking.com listing incorrect).

Lovely and spacious apartment in a really nice and quiet area, 10 minutes walking from the town centre and the water front, parking on the street is free, really close to a beautiful public park. Lots of facilities available including hairdryer, iron, washing machine, tumble dryer, full kitchen with crockery and much more.

We felt at home, clean, quiet, everything is pleasant and worth the money paid. We also enjoyed the parking at -2 which is very useful. The apartment is very spacious, located near a park and shops, the people who take care of the apartment are very friendly, kind and attentive, thank you

everything was perfect, just some small suggestions: I know there are certain hygiene and privacy rules, but in my opinion you can leave a small bowl of coffee, sugar, salt and even water for those who arrive late at the apartment. For example, we left a box of coffee there :)

Spacious, modern and comfortable. Elevator. Comfortable beds. Quiet area in walking distance to center.

Kitchen poorly equipped. No balcony. Street parking is a nightmare, you might as well get the garage option.

The place is even better than in the pictures. Spotless clean, very big and comfy, perfect for relaxation. Parking is available only for an extra amount. However, we found free parking at a 5 min walking distance on adiacent streets.

Very pretty and close to mostly everything

Some things were not functional.

Convenient, clean and well kept. WIFI was good. Loved that there was a washing machine and a dryer, very helpful when you want to wash your clothes in the middle of your trip. The location is great, supermarkets near by and was close enough for us to go by foot everywhere we wanted, in the city. Loved the fact that there is a private parking place, was very convenient and absolutely worth the price of 10€ per day. Check in was very convenient, we came late, keys where waiting for us in a coded box which was emailed to us in advance. Would definitely come back.

We didn’t use the kitchen a lot but once we made ourselves a salad and forgot to buy salt and pepper… it might be a good idea to have some basic ingredients in the kitchen. Otherwise it seemed that the kitchen is well equipped.

Nicely decorated and comfortable appartment. Super fast Wi-fi. Parking available and very much needed (for some extra cost). Apartment was big, clean, nice furnishings, enough storage. It is just 2min away from a beautiful park and 15min from center of the city (on foot). It took us about 8min to drive to Las Teresitas beach. The beach is also very nice, with white sand, bars.

There was no oven. Fridge door broken. Poor sound (noise) isolation.

Flat bedrooms just had firm single beds Expected at least one large double bed.

Good location. Easy walk to restaurants and sights. Easy to find. Quiet neighborhood. Apartment is spacious.

No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. No trash bin in the bathroom. We had to walk to the kitchen every time we have garbage. No dish towel in the kitchen. Too many unnecessary display/decorations in the bathroom such as plastic flower pots and empty glass bottle.
