This was probably the best rental house we have ever stayed in! It felt like we were staying at a home rather than a rental. For being a beach house, it was very homey and well kept. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space. The walking distance to the beautiful beach and food/shops was key for travelling with ypung kids. We will definitely be back!

“Greatest trip ever”, these were my daughter’s words on the way back home.
This Vacation Hope is even nicer than described, and nicer than all the 5 star reviews. It’s truly breathtakingly beautiful, well designed and appointed, spacious and even had a chilled pool, which I didn’t notice on any of the descriptions. The home is about 50 yards from the gorgeous beach and came with an umbrella and two chairs ready from about 8:00 am to 5:00 pm first row on the beach. Renting bikes was about a 5 minute walk, as well as getting to all the shops and great restaurants. We had groceries delivered ahead of time and the property manager was kind enough to let them in to put the groceries away for us. We stayed only 4 nights but it was just perfect for us. Owners/property manager was extremely easy to work with and did whatever necessary to ensure we had a great time. 5+ stars all the way!

I'm extremely OCD about where my family stays (wife and 7 year old daughter), but this home far exceeded my expectations. Perfectly clean. Well stocked with the things you need that you forget to pack. Everything worked - rarity. So close to the beach. Privacy was so nice. Quiet, you can't hear anything inside. Nice and safe and away from the traffic. Very very close to all the things you want to do at night...shops and amazing restaurants etc. You don't get bombarded by a checklist of things you have to do... this home is very easy to stay and they are so very fair about everything. *My one and only issue (which has absolutely nothing to do with our host) was the cell service in this area. We knew this coming in, but this year it was worse than years past. I couldn't look up the details email to get into the house - my suggestion - just print this stuff out before you arrive, no biggie. Fortunately they provide very good WiFi that worked wonderfully all week.
This place is a 6 Star listing. I plan to book again next year. Do not hesitate to book. I hope this helps in your vacation decision.

Our stay at After Dune Delight exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful, very clean, and had the perfect accommodations for our family. The kids had a blast in the pool while parents and grandparents enjoyed the patio.
De Lyons was extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful before and during our stay.
We’d book again for next year but it’s already booked up a year in advance (no surprise)! But will be keeping our eye out to book this house again in the future!!

This was our 3rd stay and favorite house in Water's Edge! We loved this spacious home with great balconies, sleeping porch, outside bathroom and shower by the heated pool was great!
Location, location, location! The beach is private, steps away and Crabby Steve's is close enough to walk to for a piña colada while on the beach. Definitely want to be return guests! Book it!

We had the best time at this house. We were two families with a total of four kids, and this house had more than enough space. Very clean, comfortable, and decorated great. Proximity to beach, shops, and restaurants is wonderful. The property manager is extremely helpful. Can’t say enough good things about this house. We look forward to staying here again!

After Dune Delight was a fabulous property. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the welcoming feel of the home. From a well stocked kitchen, spacious living spaces, 5 bedrooms and bathrooms, pool and more this home left us wanting to return year after year. It is just steps from your own private access to the beach and walking distance to restaurants in Rosemary and Seacrest. This home has it all. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions and made our trip delightful!

We stayed here for just a couple of nights but it was a perfect getaway! The home is huge and immaculate! We have 3 small kids and they all loved the bunkbed room. The location couldn't be better! Right on the beach and right in the heart of Rosmary Beach. We will definitely come again with all of our family!

This is the 3rd stay we’ve had at this house and it works great for my family with the pool, proximity to the walkover, shops, restaurants, etc. Always have a great time there.
The house is nice as always and well equipped. Noticed some more wear this year with some of the bedding and the neighborhood in general but this is the first visit we’ve had in the off season which I’d assume explains some of that.
Weather was beautiful, private beach is amazing, property manager is very responsive and accommodating. Thanks!

A very comfortable home for our family. Located just steps to the beach and Rosemary shopping. The beach accommodations were perfect with a single row of umbrellas as opposed to 3 deep at different locations along the beach. A private gated community with private beach access. It was a very good stay. Thanks to De Lyons; property manager.

7/8 of us turned 50 this year and have been friends for 25-45 years! The house was amazing. Tons of living space for gathering, large bedrooms all had there own bath and the pool was a great start and end to the day. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Beach access was perfect. Highly recommend and will be back in a couple years!

Can't say enough good things about this property. Tucked away in nice little enclave nest to Rosemary it was spacious, wonderfully decorated and immaculately clean. Close proximity to the beach and all the surrounding amenities of Rosemary were just icing on the cake. Taking home fond memories of days on the beach, lounging around the pool and cooking out with family. All in all a perfect week in a great house. Highly Recommend.

Property manager was very responsive and anticipated AC issues due to remote monitoring and made every effort to correct quickly. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed for larger family meals. Comfortable seating in family room. 3rd floor balcony great spot for Sunset views.

This house was such a wonderful for our family. With 6 adults and 5 kids under the age of 7, there was plenty of room for everyone. All the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The bunk room was perfect with larger than normal beds and the sleeping porch functioned as a spacious play area for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking for our large family perfectly. The pool was great after leaving the beach.
Can’t wait to go back next year with our fsmily.

After Dune Delight truly exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, only a couple minutes walk to the beach and the shops. The beach is private so it was not crowded and kept clean/beautiful. The gated small community it’s in is well maintained, felt safe and was very peaceful. The house was very clean and well maintained, not to mention beautifully furnished. We cooked almost every meal for the week we stayed and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc. The ice maker is also a great touch. The layout of the house is perfect if you are traveling with more than one family, enough space for everyone to gather together but large enough that your not on top of each other and have your own space. Huge plus that every bedroom has an insuite bathroom. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay at After Dune Delight. Leading up to the trip De was very helpful answering all my questions. The location of the house was perfect with easy access to Rosemary and Alys. We rented bikes and had a lot of fun riding around town! The beach access couldn’t be beat! And the heated pool was a great bonus. We were all very comfortable in the home (8 adults and 4 children). The kids LOVED the bunk room! We did have some trouble with the fridge freezing some of our food (another renter noted the same) but it wasn’t a big deal. Additionally, on arrival I did find some medication left behind by another renter (luckily I found it before my kids!) my only other complaint is that the house does not come very well stocked with supplies (no extra paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper etc). We knew ahead of time and planned accordingly but flying in from our of state this was a bit of an inconvenience. All that said, we loved the house and would return!

We had a great time! Only thing to keep in mind when traveling with anyone who who has back problems is there is a lot of stairs both in the house and to the beach!
We stayed over Easter weekend and the temps were pretty chilly so we would have loved for the pool to be able to be heated higher than it was, but when asked the host did reply the first time and raised the heat for us a bit. Just still cold given the outdoor temps!
Other than that we had a great stay!

We stayed in this gorgeous home with our teenage kids for Spring Break. We loved everything about the house- the space (it’s huge), the decor, the stocked kitchen, the pool, the ice maker and especially De, the property manager, who made sure our stay was perfect! The location near the beach is great- a 1 minute walk. We also loved being able to walk everywhere- coffee shops, restaurants and shopping! We would absolutely rent this home again!

The home and the neighborhood are beautiful. Plus, just a few feet away from the beach. A lot of open space and the porches and pool area are nice. A few pretty minor hiccups that wouldn't prevent us from booking again, but worth pointing out so the property managers can improve. First, when we arrived at 4:30 (30 minutes after we were told we could arrive), the cleaner was still there and said she was told no one was checking in. We left and returned an hour later, but the place still wasn't properly cleaned. We also had a problem with the freezer and some items melted. We reported the freezer and were told we probably left the door open. That wasn't exactly a helpful answer and we ended up just not using the freezer. A couple of days later, items in the refrigerator were frozen. We didn't report the refrigerator because, frankly, we didn't feel like the manager was going to deal with it anyway.

My family and I vacationed at this property and loved it! It was just as pictured in the photos and very spacious for our group of 8. The beach is right across the street, a minute away, and the main area of Rosemary Beach like the Pearl Hotel and other shops are a 5 minute walk.
De was a great host throughout our stay. We had a few questions about the pool and other things, and she was quick to respond to my inquiries! We recommend this properly for family or friend vacations.

Absolutely loved staying here. A quick walk to the beach, each bedroom had a private bathroom, quiet, safe neighborhood, easy check in and check out. We will definitely be back! The only thing that would’ve made it better would be blackout curtains in the bedroom, we were traveling with small children and the sunlight caused some extra early wakeups, but overall this home is perfect!

This home was the perfect place for our girls weekend. Close to shopping, the beach, restaurants and more. Pool was perfect for hanging out in the evenings too. Comfy pillow and beds as well as extra living spaces to relax. Highly recommended!

Great house for families! Stayed with kids under 6, and adults. The pool was our kids favorite part and a bonus was the extra gate outside the door so young kids can’t get to the pool. Super close to beach and also great location for restaurants! Publix is just 2 miles away. The house was fully stocked for cooking, huge pantry, and eating areas. The sleeping porch was great for extra lounge space but don’t count on it as being extra sleeping space. We will plan to stay here again!

What a lovely home! Every detail attended to in every direction. We appreciated the kitchen cupboards being filled with every thing we needed to prepare meals and for our family. All the appliances top grade. The ice machine in the pantry - ooo, it will be hard to live without one now.

After Dune Delight is a beautiful rental home both inside and out. The house is equipped with everything needed for a family vacation. We previously vacationed with friends and enjoyed the layout of the home as it offers so much privacy with each bedroom having a bathroom and 3 separate living areas. The open area on the first floor is an awesome gathering place that accommodates everyone and has a huge beautiful dining table for meals or game nights. We also loved the addition of the ice machine in the house😊The house pool is an additional space for enjoying outside family time. The pool area also provides everything needed for a bbq or just relaxing. Our family enjoyed the pool each evening after spending the day at the beach. The poolside bathroom and shower allowed us to get the sand off and the kids could continue to swim. The quietness of this gated community makes relaxing easy. The easy access and closeness to Rosemary Beach from the house is great.
Property Manager De Lyons is awesome. She provides all the information needed for a great week. She responded to all of my questions and inquires for months before we actually arrived. We had a small issue upon arrival and she responded quickly and fixed the issue immediately. This was my 4th vacation at Rosemary Beach, with 2 being large family vacations, one girls trip and one couples trip and only one minor issue out of the 4 visits. Each trip has been great!

Everything about ADD was absolutely 100% perfect! The house is stunning, extremely well equipped, and the location is phenomenal.
We had 3 grandparents, an uncle and our 4 kiddos with us (7, 5, 3, & 1) and the house was spacious and very comfortable for all of us. Love the large dining table - perfect for family meals. The bunk room is perfect for kiddos and all the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook (even a rice cooker and crock pot!). The ice maker is such a genius idea - made it so easy to fill a cooler for the beach! Every decorative detail in the house is pretty and beachy.
The proximity to the beach (as well as the chair/umbrella service) completely made our trip. It’s SO easy to pop to the beach for even 45 minutes, and with small kiddos that was a game changer. It also made it super easy for morning or sunset walks on the beach. Having a pool in the backyard (and right off the main floor) was another amazing feature too. We also loved the proximity to town - so easy to walk to restaurants and shops (and not just Rosemary! We found it super easy to walk or bike to Alys Beach too!). We rented bikes for the week and different groups of us biked up and down 30a every day. The little gated neighborhood is absolutely darling.
Overall it was the most amazing week in the most perfect house! We will absolutely be rebooking. Thank you!!

After Dune Delight was delightful! We loved the large kitchen/eating area with plenty of room for the 9 of us. The pool was the best though. Adults through our young ones really enjoyed it.

The location was perfect. The house itself was very roomy. The pool was well used. The weather was hot so we couldn’t enjoy the extra outside TV room. Just got to warm to sit out there.
