The property is BEAUTIFUL. The pictures are not overselling, at all. The rooms were very comfortable with all the possible amenities. The service was impeccable. The staffs were extremely polite, and very accomodating. A memorable experience!

* Looks just as good as the pics. * The swimming pool was the best part. * Property and pool are well maintained and really clean. * Staff was very friendly & accommodative, and are always available. * Food was also good * Plus they have a bluetooth audio system with speakers in the living space & outside as well. We were a group of 10 and it was just perfect to go unwind for a couple of days. Its a great property with no hassles. Had a fantastic time and planning to head back again soon.

* Would be good to have a water purifier in the living area, rather than having to call the staff ever time. * Since Cochin is usually hot and sultry, the air conditioned living space is where we'd hang out (if not in the pool). So a couple of extra regular chairs (not bar stools) would have been good.

The location, the view, the peace exactly what we were looking for our family trip in these times of COVID-19. We had the whole place to ourselves. The staff were amazing, always there for our needs. The food was simple but delicious

This hotel has only 4 rooms and it is so quiet here. Every day we enjoyed the fantastic view and between 8.00-9.00pm was lovely livemusic in the garden. You could book a backwater tour at the reception. The price was 600 per hour . It was only for us two and very comfortable. We booked 4 hours and at the end they dropped us up direct at our home. But the transfer was to much. Pay only 150Rs for this short distance with a tuk tuk.

The breakfast was very very small for Nonindians. We were very disappointed! Only one hairdryer for the hotel, one morning I could not style my hair. This is a NOGO for this high price.

Very helpful staff. I've got flu when I stayed. Fortunately people from the hotel brought me to the hospital for the first aid. I'm grateful very much for that!
