Overall, the staffs were good.

Feels like the staffs are keen on getting reviews. Always asking for posting review with their names. Outdated rooms and facilities. Not worth it for money we pay. I understand they clean the room but the items and things they got in the room are too substandard.

We stayed in 314 and 315 room, Whenever we entered room it was stinky. In room 314 toilet flush not working fixed once in morning again night not working called housekeeping no.one came at 11.30 in night next day morning again had flush not working we used 315 room number toilets. On checkout day asked for GM email address no one gave. I just wanted to give feedback. In room next to bed you can find cable.plugin location such a way stupid fully where you have to get down of bed go under table to plug. When we went to swimming pool opposite changing room there was toilet and flush was not working so much dirty it was. I can.understand we didn't had lake view but 314 room number we were given wall.view means in windo immediately we see wall no space for any type of view. Hair dryer was not in bathroom we have to call housekeeping and wait for hour to get it and plug in big dryer machine.

Some of staff were friendly and lake view was good but only if you have a balcony room!

Property is very tired and old throughout. Building is generally lightly dirty. The gym was particularly and poorly maintained. Sheet on the wall of the gym specifies a trainer will be watching the gym, no trainer in sight. Some windows have wasp nests in them externally, spider webs are consistent across all external windows. We stayed in the lake view suite room it was c£125 per night. The room has a single small window with limited view of the lake. Room was large but poorly maintained and old throughout. Large amounts of wear and tear on all fixtures and fittings. Bed sheets very old pilling across entire sheets. Attention to detail poor. Issues raised with duty manager as we wished to reduce our stay from 2 days to 1. As the hotel was so poor for the price. Duty manager offered upgrade but generally didn’t care for any of the points I raise above. Luckily booking.com was able to help called the hotel and was able to convince them to change our booking! We have stayed at more expensive hotels and hotels/home-stays costing a faction of the price of the Ramada and they were all significantly better.
