High End Loon Mountain Haus für 15 Personen, Luxus 6 Schlafzimmer, 4 ½ Bad Privathaus wurde für Komfort und Stil erbaut und wunderschön eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail, die das Waldgefühl der Gegend widerspiegeln. Unser dreistöckiges Haus bietet Aspen-Feeling zu jeder Jahreszeit und gehört zu den schönsten Ferienwohnungen in der Umgebung mit viel Privatsphäre und den besten Aussichten auf den Loon Mountain! Zu den Annehmlichkeiten des Hauses gehört die Nutzung unserer Mitgliedschaft im Mountain Club at Loon, zu dem ein Innen- / Außenpool, ein Spa, ein Tennis- und ein Fitnesscenter gehören. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Haus über eine Garage für zwei Autos, einen Außengrillbereich, einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner sowie eine luxuriöse Gourmetküche mit separatem Getränkekühlschrank, WLAN und Kabel. Das Haus hat auch drei Master-Suiten mit eigenem Master-Badezimmer, ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer mit Queen-Size-Bett mit Platz für zwei weitere Einzelbetten, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett. Das Haus verfügt über zwei große Zimmer, eines im Erdgeschoss mit Kamin und weitreichendem Blick auf die Berge. Ein untergeordneter Familienbereich mit einem großen Schlafsofa, einem Vollbad und viel Platz. Darüber hinaus verfügen wir über einen separaten Loftbereich zum Lesen oder Genießen der Aussicht. Dieses Haus wurde für mehrere Familien konzipiert und gebaut, ist aber groß genug, um Platz zu bieten. Alles, was Sie tun müssen, ist, sich zu amüsieren!

Our family of 10 (8 adults and 2 children) enjoyed our stay in Lincoln, NH. The home was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. Whenever we had a question before and during our visit, the host was quick to answer and gracious. Can’t say entirely good things about our experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this spacious, well stocked home. The deck was wonderful with a beautiful view. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms for a large group and a great family bedroom with two separate sleeping areas for the young kids. The pool was a bit inconvenient for 10 of us to get to so we rarely took advantage of it but o complaints about the pool itself. I would recommend staying here

The house was wonderful for our annual family get away. This was one of the best houses we have stayed at. We loved that there were 3 of the bedrooms had King beds with their own ensuite bathrooms. On the lowest level there were another 2 bedrooms and another large, carpeted family that was great for our 2-year-old grandson to play. The open concept kitchen/dining/living room was wonderful with views of the mountains. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need for cooking. Loved the fact that the house had baby gates for the stairs. There was even a crib in one of the bedrooms. Suggestion is to maybe add a rocking chair in the lower bedroom (where crib is) for guest who have infants.
Having access to the Mountain Club was great. We used both the outdoor and indoor pool as well as the sauna and steam rooms. All the adults also booked massages at the Spa.
The location of this property was close to restaurants, and only 10 minutes from Clarks Bears. We also enjoyed several hiking trails along the Kancamagus.
I highly recommend this property and will look to book again in the future.

So much room. Completely finished basement. Big kitchen and the wood fireplace came in handy during the cold and rain. Access to the resort was a big bonus! Definitely one of our favorites.

Our group of 8 adults and 11 children under 10 years old had a wonderful weekend in this home. It was never our intention to ski, so we made great use of the spacious house, well-equipped kitchen, and access to the complex pool. Our kids especially loved using the outdoor hot tub in a snow storm! The house was incredibly clean, and the owner was attentive and accessible throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable, and convenient home at Loon.

This house was amazing for a multi-generational family getaway. It was very clean and had plenty of room to spread out as well as gather as a group. The location of the house offered great proximity to Loon for skiing or for swimming at the Health Club. Dave was very responsive to questions and was easy to work with before and during our stay. So clean, so pretty, the view is gorgeous, the kitchen had everything you need, everything is clearly marked and explained in instructions. I very much want to come back this summer or next fall. There are not enough words to describe how beautiful the house was. Everything about the house and location was perfect. Very clean and inviting. Perfect for a family with adult children and their significant others. There are large gathering spaces, and also plenty of privacy. We loved that the ski resort was so close. It was easy enough to drop everyone off if we wanted to. The pubs at the resort were great to relax and enjoy a drink or appetizer in while taking a break from skiing. There were also so many places to go in the surrounding area, which is a PLUS as some of our family members are non-skiers. David was a GREAT host and very responsive which ensured we were prepared for our trip. We cannot wait to go back and make more memories! Thank you again David, for sharing your home with us.

This place is even better than the pics make it appear. The house is very large, set up very well, beds are great, furniture and kitchen just what you'd need. It's a .5 mile walk to the mountain so you will likely drive or get dropped off, but it's very quick. Everything was excellent.

This house has a great setup for a big group, and the kitchen is very well appointed for cooking meals. It is convenient to the mountain, although not on on a shuttle, so be prepared to park. Overall an excellent stay!

The house is amazing. The host is very friendly. The check-in and check-out procedure is very clear. The house is about a 3 minute drive to Loon entrance. They provide about every dish imaginable to their guests.
Things of note for guests to consider might be (not negatives, just notes)- the road up the mountain can get very slick and the parking at the Loon resort (where the swimming pool is) can be tight- it is also in a parking garage which won't be good to park in if you have a topper on your car/truck/van. In nicer weather you could definitely just walk down to the pool.

This is our 2nd time staying at this wonderful home. The layout works perfectly for annual cousin trip, which consist of 3 separate families. 6 adults and 6 kids under the age of 9. I love this design because each adult couple has their own king with bathroom attached.
We loved the upgrades made to the den and kitchen.

We planned our 2023 Christmas getaway with children and grandchildren a year in advance.
We were so excited to have this time together at this home at Loon, one of our favorite destinations for years.
My partner and I arrived a day in advance to decorate a bit and settle in before our 3 children and spouses and 6 grandchildren joined us.
When we first entered the house, we immediately thought it was beautiful. There was plenty of room for all adults and children, with 5 bedrooms, a playroom with door if needed for a 6th bedroom, 4 full baths and one half.
The house was well equipped and very clean.
The owner was extremely helpful and responsive from the time we booked our stay to when we had questions while there.
The house has beautiful mountain views and is a short distance from Loon Mountain. It is also close to trails and downtown Lincoln.
We had an amazing time and are so thankful for the family memories from our stay at this special home.

This was our third stay at this home and we seem to love it more with each stay. The location is fantastic but the house itself has the best view on the mountain. The deck is huge with a panoramic mountain view. The home is open concept with plenty of space for playing board games, doing puzzles, and just hanging out. Kitchen is well-stocked with high-end pots, pans, and cooking utensils. A short walk to a number of outdoor activities (gondola, bike rentals, the river, etc.). Would highly recommend for families and friend groups.

The house was perfect for our stay with our children and grandchildren ranging in ages from 1 through 15. The kitchen has everything needed and the view from the deck is to die for. Everything was perfect! When I called the owner and told him we needed more blankets someone showed right up and supplied us with more blankets. Thank you for such a lovely home!

Our family rented this house to celebrate my husbands retirement. All of our children, their spouses & the grandkids. I am a clean fanatic and I have to say this house was probably more beautiful than the photos. Very clean, very well stocked, and the beds were so comfortable. From the moment we walked in the compliments on how nice the place this is were flowing. Our family group had stayed at many different places, but this one was so perfect. Luxurious kitchen, comfortable beds, clean, very roomy, quiet, totally amazing. It was nice to be isolated somewhat, although our group is very quiet to begin with. Although we had overcast and rain, the accommodations made up for it. Being able to all gather in the kitchen, for our main meal was a nice treat. We look forward to returning here again next year. This house comes equipped with everything needed for a stay. We cooked every meal for a long weekend with 10 adults and three young kids and did not need to run out to get a thing. Clean, spacious, and a quick drive down the street to Loon. The added plus was the access to the resort pool for the kids. Will definitely be back!
