The Location is good for whom do not want to take taxi. I just a few minutes from Bus station. You can reach supermarket in few minutes walk and also reach shopping street by the elevation from the building near the hotel.

all the facilities in the hotel were closed, we checked in and asked about the facilities,only then we were told they are closed today? its the only reason we booked it!!!

A very nice surprise having a named welcome letter with a bottle of cava waiting in the room. The view was great and the beds absolutely amazing. The room was nice and quiet even though the window was to a busy street. The private underground parking garage was a huge bonus with an elevator taking you directly to your floor. One of two elevators was out of use and signs pointing to the hotel elevator along the way from the garage could be slightly improved, if something, being a 5-star hotel. It's still easy to find using common sense though. Wish we could've stayed longer, but will be back one day.

The city being rather cold, the room was noticably cold as well with the wall mounted AC unit / heater controller not turning on for some reason. Still got a good night sleep on the awesome beds though. A second issue was us being waken up at 1am by a hotel employee and a guard (?) knocking on the door for several minutes, and after opening, claiming we're smoking in the room (as non-smokers), as the room entrance fire alarm had reportedly gone off despite it not making a sound in the room. The pair quickly realised it being a false alarm, sincerely apologized and left. Apparently the fire alarm is broken, which will hopefully be fixed soon. The third and final issue was the parking garage door not automatically opening, for whatever reason, upon leaving despite having a good size car, meaning it had to be manually opened using a button on the wall mounted control box of the door. Overall the issues weren't that major, but things you wouldn't want at a 5-star hotel, best ones in town.

The hotel does not have the appearance of a 5 star hotel, which however for us was not an issue as the service and the price- performance ratio was very good.

Good location, restaurants in 2 min from hotel. Great shopping area in 10 min. Room was big enough for 3 people, with 2 king size comfortable beds. Cleaning every day. Pets friendly. Thanks for welcome set - bottle of Champaign and fresh fruits!

parking your car be a challenge

The room is very spacious. Pleasantly surprised by the compliment from the hotel in the form of champagne in the room upon arrival. Very friendly staff. Good location of the hotel (within walking distance to the main street with shops)

The spa area (more precisely, the sauna and the pool) was very disappointing, because it is not adapted for the number of people that is allowed within one time slot. The hotel allows up to 16 people per hour to this zone, but in fact there are only three places to relax between the sauna and the pool (the rest of the people, if they are not in the sauna or pool - and it is unrealistic to accommodate everyone - they simply have to stand). The pool is very small and the room is extremely cramped. We could not use this service because we were not comfortable and we left as soon as we entered.

Great location, large enough rooms.

Truly a family friendly hotel in the centre of Andorra La Vella. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is top notch, facilities are exceptional

Coffee from a machine at breakfast isn't really an improvement

For this prize, I don't think you can get anything better ever in Europe! Top service, we even get a free bottle of cava and fruits in our rooms! The rooms and beds are huge and super comfortable. The spa and swimming pool are also great!

The location was great. There was a lot of confusion about parking, we chose the property because it had advertised electric charging. They fail to mention it is only for Tesla vehicles. The AC in the room made a horrible sound when it was turned on. Overall, the experience was ok but not what I expected for the price. We were there for mountain biking and the bike storage required us to get a key from the front desk each time, then return it each time. We kept wondering why our keycard could not open the bike locker.

Almos everything, clean, ordered, the crew fantastic, amazing room, very good bed, big room, easy check in and check out, very good details with us in arriving as leaving.

Check-in was a breeze and we were surprised with a welcome basket of fruit, chocolate and brut delivered to our room. The mini bar was well stocked, the bed quite comfortable as was the sofa. There was no street noise. We ate both breakfast and lunch there, and the included breakfast buffet was a feast. The wait staff were attentive, and we were fortunate the restaurant manager spoke excellent English.

The below level parking was a little tight for our mid-size Peugot rental.

An exceptional deal for the price - the staff was very friendly and helpful, our suites were by far the nicest and cleanest we've encountered in Europe, great facilities, easy location 5 minutes from the main bus terminal... Loved everything about the Suites Plaza and their staff. They made us feel like VIPs. I would go again in a heartbeat and recommend that you do as well.
