Info on apartment 44 (on the 4th floor). 6 nights. Easy check-in (it was all done by message, the owner sent us the codes in advance by WhatsApp, which might be a problem for those not having access to wi-fi or mobile data on the day before check-in). Good Wi-Fi to work (emails, messages...). Kitchen well equipped and everything was working.

Too noisy! Not from the street (good insulation from exterior noise and the construction works were on hold, during our stay). There was tapping and dragging of furniture (chairs and possibly larger things!) all night long on the 1st night until 4am! And it restarted at 7am! The next days there was noise until close to 1am. During the whole day there is a loud noise of walking and tapping (from upper and maybe same floor apartments), don't know if it's from cleaning teams or the people staying at other apartments who don't care about keeping it quiet. There is a mandatory silent rule on the wall (22h-9h) but no one respects it and there is no one to go to, for help (since there is no receptionist). Also didn't like that the owner informed us by WhatsApp, on the day before check-in, that the parking space was very small. When we said we were driving a Ford Focus he said "it won't fit in, you'll have to park in the middle of the town in one of the public parking lots and pay for it". Upon check-in we managed to stop the car at the door to unload all the bags and skiing equipment, but on checkout, because of the construction works, there was nowhere to stop the car, so we had to walk and carry everything for 20min to the public parking lot. Cold shower for the 2nd person always! The heating cylinder reads "good for 4 people, 5min each", but it delivers around 8min of hot water! We tried it every single day (6 nights stay). There is no way 2 people can shower one after another!

The apartment is very central

During our stay, we have run into a series of incidents and finally have had one last one that pushes us to leave early. In the original room, we were met with an awful smell emitting from the drainage pipes in the washroom. Then, after having been moved to another room, we had issues again with the cleanliness. There was dust all over the apartment when we entered. After notifying the help staff, the cleaning team came back to vacuum. Unfortunately, the vacuum was full of dust and while it did pick up the dust on the floor, spewed out more fine dust particles in the air, causing an allergic reaction. Not only that, but the cleaning professional threw the dirty couch pillows that are full of dust back onto the bed. My partner became ill and then had a full-blown reaction and needed to request medicine to help alleviate the issue. We decided to leave 7 days earlier and did not receive any refund from the accommodation.

It's a really nice spacious apartment with everything you could need (fridge, microwave, grill, tv, etc). The location and views are amazing and the staff is very welcoming and caring.

The deposit was a bit much for the price I paid, but luckily you get that money back after checkout

A little bit difficult to obtain the code for entry, questionaries, mails (in french, if you don't speak it, you have a problem ...) ... could be more easy.

- very nice and responsible personal - perfect location in the city - comfortable beds and clean linens - well heated room

- no dishwasher in the apartments - taking into account the above, making guests to wash dishes before checking out is very unfriendly (should either provide with a small dishwasher in every apartment or collect the dishes and clean them centrally); btw this is required under the threat of non-return of the deposit amount - similarly guests are forced to throw out the trash before checking out, but this is acceptable given that the trash deposit is in the same building - dirty room (dust everywhere in the corners and on the shelves, questionable condition of the dishes which is understood taking into account that they are washed by the guests themselves), curtains are grey instead of being white as they are supposed to - every night around midnight a very noisy garbage truck works for about 15 minutes just behind the window (very noisy even on the 5th floor) - scaffolding around the entire building, which is not the fault of the personal, but guests could have been informed about this at the moment of booking - apartment is very small and not very cozy, the bed in the bedroom is just behing the front door without any room for 4 persons to enter and take out the outerwear, and quite noisy in the bedroom because of this (especially in the rooms close to the elevator)

the location is great, within seconds you are within the most popular shopping mile of the city, restaurants and all kinds of shops. the staff is really friendly and helpful

the internet connection is very poor. It wasn’t very clean- kids found old socks and dust monsters under the bed

Kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and sofa. The location is excellent - apartments are located right in the city center.

Wi-Fi connection in room 65 is unstable and connection is available only at the entrance. The rest of the room doesn't have Wi-Fi. The room is not ventilated well, it was hot in the room during summer stay.

The location was great. It was quite close to the city centre and if you are driving there's a parking lot nearby with very good daily rates (€39 for 4 days). Kitchen facilities were sufficient for preparing simple meals.

The weather in Andorra was rather hot and since there is no A/C I had to ask the host for a fan. It did cool the room a bit, but not enough to have a comfortable night's sleep. Bathroom door was quite squeaky and could do with some lubrication.
