Good value and although we had read reviews and knew what to expect the negatives would be so simple to sort.
Breakfast was very poor, Stale rolls and limited choice.
Asked for 2 twins and got 1 twin and 1 double, maids had gone home so we had to sort ourselves. Next day they changed the original twin to a double so we then had to change rooms (maids had gone home!).
Slightly annoying no shelf in shower!
Very tatty and dated, I would suggest this hotel is ticking over until it is either refurbished or rebuilt.

location is amazing- the hotel next door has a ski lift!
right near the town centre (5 min downhill walk) but you don't hear the noise from the apres ski!
breakfast selection was lacking: no toast, no pastries, coffee machine was set up for a bigger cup size, two juices- fed up after 3 days
one plug socket in the entire trip room-take an extension cord!

The location and town are great. Easy to get to from Turin, Nice options for dinner but don't be late it gets very busy later at night.
The hotel is old and not getting any investment. The rooms are fairly clean but don't look too hard.

location was brilliant
The shower wasn’t working and when we mentioned it at the end of the stay we were asked where was it written down regarding the issue. There was a lack of toilet paper and towels for 2 people, cleaners were extremely rude when we asked for another towel. The cleaners also were rude if we were not out of the room by 10am for some reason.
Our room was tiny, we paid for a double room and a friend of ours paid much less for a single room but somehow he got a much bigger room.
On a number of occasions there were people smoking weed next door to us and we were unable to open the balcony door as the smell still came into the room, we had to leave the room on a number of times as it was so bad.
Overall, we knew the hotel wasn’t high end but we were still very disappointed with the above issues.

LOCATION ... LOCATION ... LOCATION was excellent 30 yards from ski lift ... 2 minutes walk to town
Hotel very basic but we only used it for a BED .... Town great fun and food on teh mountains and in town excellent

Staff incredible and so helpful. Always warm. Good shower water pressure. Proximity to the lifts is amazing !
My friend got bed bugs. But was delt with very well. But still… bed bugs. Breakfast very basic as all reviews said.
Thin walls/constant slamming of front door if room on first floor. Biggest thing is the value for money is poor it’s very expensive for what you get. Also to improve a code for the boot/ski room to secure them would be much better !

Great hotel location for skiing. 5 mins from the Clotes Chair. Fantastic staff, very friendly and English speaking. Good ski storage. Rooms clean and checked every day.

All the staff were amazing. All very helpful and accommodated an early breakfast as we had to leave early.
Room was cleaned each day.
Location was probably one of the nearest to Clotes ski lift. Approx 50m down hill.
The room was slightly dated but spacious. I wasn’t there to sit in my room all week so it wasn’t an issue for me.
The bed was a little hard for my liking.

Despite the coronavirus we went ahead with our holiday as planned and so happy we did. Hotel location fabulous, so near to where we hired our equipment and the lift. Staff wonderful, really looked after
us and allowed a late check out. Breakfast simple but plentiful. Thank you all for a few days away from a world that seems to have gone quite mad!!
