The place was close to the Grotto, very friendly staff, and good value for money. the room even had aircon.

we had to pay for basic things like tea.

The room was comfortable. Breakfast could be more varied for vegetarians

We have traveled during the night and would be nice if could check in earlier as requested. We arrived before 10 am to Loudres and had to wait until 3 pm to check in when we were exhausted. That was the only thing we were disappointed with the hotel. Every year we visit Loudres and always stayed at this hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect to walk to the Lourdes grotto from. The lady at reception very kindly ordered a taxi for us to get back to the airport when we were leaving. Definitely would stay again.

The toilet seat was broken in my bathroom, but still usable

Parked outside close to 6pm so happy about that. Not far to any of the restaurants or the sanctuary. The procession at 9pm in the sanctuary is special and not to be missed. Bar open late hubby happy he could grab a cold beer.

Room we were in was very noisy as someone above us kept moving chairs or something both early mornings. Also busload of people first morning very noisy

The staff were helpful and friendly. There was one morning I woke up late and had missed the scheduled breakfast time. The person at the desk brought out some breakfast items for me which I appreciated a lot.

- tub is not safe. getting in is easy but getting out is not , it’s quite deep and older people might lose their balance. it’s good that I used the shower first so I was able to warn my mom who’s 82 to be very careful hopping out from the tub . - tv doesn’t work on our second day, English Channel disappeared and receptionist said it’s fixed but it’s not - our room is too warm.. I told the receptionist and he told me just open our windows

Very nice (and busy) staff. Generally clean and reasonably priced accommodations. Though the same choices everyday, breakfast was actually better than in some other more expensive hotels I have stayed in. Nice view from the room I had. Short walk to the sanctuaries. Lunch and dinner is available (for extra charge, like breakfast). Good place to stay if you are not expecting “luxury” accommodations.

Hotel is older and room facilities reflect it (didn’t try the air, since it was cooler and the windows opened). “No eating in rooms” is a rule—thus no coffee/tea making. Bed was very low. Shower/bath had a very high step in. “Level ” entrance to the hotel is around the corner from the steep main entrance (heard people complaining about it, they apparently didn’t see the side entrance, as I hadn’t until after checking in). Definitely not soundproof, noisy at times (from outside, checking in tour groups/buses, etc).

Locality, friendly staff

Breakfast was very good! And location was Aldo good not far from the center.

The toilets in the first floor could have been better.

The cleanliness, the bath tub and bidet. The dining room and welcoming staff. The bday wish of spaghetti bolognese for longer life and surprise champagne. Only I am not an alcohol drinker, just a bit.

Wish Christine granted my request for fresh linens on the 4th night for my 70th bday since I was staying for 7 nights. A hot water jug is a must. The location is not that close to the entrance of the sanctuary as described. The uphill climb was a challenge given that I suffer from asthma and back problems. And taking the external lift.

Well done, very good everything nothing more to say, just try it!

Well organised, good facilities and comfortable. Substantial buffet breakfast.

Staff are friendly and accomodating .. The location is perfect, close to the Sanctuary and restaurants are within the vicinity as well.
