Loved the location, right in the city center and close to restaurant, shop and sights. The room was quite spacious and very clean, beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Noisy tourists in the other rooms!

Superb location, close to cathedral and transport options. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Adequate gym. Ticked all the boxes for a long weekend (seeing a concert) and sightseeing in Murcia and Cartagena.

Lack of recycling facilities

The double air con was a great surprise especially as temperatures were in the 30's. The bed was super comfortable and the TV was top quality. Nice bathroom

The view was not good but it was inner city. New staff meant checking in took longer than expected. The curtains almost impossible to open and close

Centrally located hotel in the old part of the town. Excellent breakfast.

It was difficult to find public parking in such a busy area but finally managed with only a few walks away from the hotel. Perhaps these details should have been given when making the booking.

Clean, comfy modern hotel in a perfect location, with easy parking nearby (especially using the telpark app).It’s a no frills hotel but great value for its location

The location is really great for visiting the city in all directions. Staff is courteous and will help you if you have a problem. We were really lucky with our room, it had a view over the city and the mountains and lots of light. One night we had to change rooms due to the people in the adjacent room. Our room was "standard" and staff gave us a "superior". Frankly, the superior room was so much worse, dark and up against a small street. We were so happy when we could recuperate our original room in the morning (the people in the adjacent room checked out). We also looked into another "standard" room (interior view) during cleaning and it was far from the bright experience we had in ours. Had we got either of the two rooms we saw we had been really angry, possibly leaving in advance although we had paid. With the room we did get (apart from one night) we could not be happier. So it's a bit hit or miss it seems.

Location. breakfast and staff - all very good.

The water temperature in the shower fluctuated a lot, mostly hot, but suddenly went cold.

Room was good, breakfast was varied, plenty of everything.

Thermostatic shower wasn't - loads of variation from cool to too hot.
