Spacious, well-equipped, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated apartment. Central location within easy walk of all the major sights in Murcia as well as a plethora of excellent eating options. Good contact with the host both for initial access and departure, and for any problem resolution.

My apartment was located on the first floor and fronted onto the narrow street and so therefore not suffused with a great deal of natural light.

Very nice and spacious apartment in the very heart of Murcia. The host is very kind and helpful! The flat itself is very quiet and I slept really well there.

The flat is spacious, well equipped, and clean. The location is perfect. - in a quiet zone with super easy access to all shops/restaurants.

We were really impressed with the apartment, it was clean, spaceous, great kitchen, great bathroom, only a few steps away from downtown. The host gave us great suggestions for breakfast and dining and checked regularly if we were OK. We had the feeling they would immediately come to our rescue as soon if we would ask for help.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you need. It's located in a quiet side street but close to all the shops, restaurants and things to see. Anaïs is extremely helpful and gave us lots of tips where to eat. We will definitely come back.

everything was perfect! clean, spacious and right in the center. still a quiet street. lots of nice touches in the apartment: shampoo and shower gel, coffee and oil / salt etc, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. the owner was super nice and gave us great recommendations. beds were comfy and big enough for the three of us (we were traveling with a toddler). also a baby chair was provided. we stayed for a week and felt like home.

Excellent location. Good apartment. Good wifi. It was nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine. We could also do basic cooking. It's in a pedestrian street, fairly quiet during the day (unfortunately sometimes loud at night but nothing the host can do about it). We appreciated being able to check in early and we were met by a lovely lady who handed us the keys and gave us all the info we needed.

The photos are slightly misleading, this listing shows photos from various properties. We thought there would be a nice bathtub and expected a great apartment. Ours was good but not as great as most photos. Very basic bathroom with no shelves (so you can't store your toiletries), very dark living room. Can be loud at night (the bedroom is on the street side)

The host was one of the biggest highlights. A very pleasant man who was also extremely helpful and kind, especially with finding us a way to park our car where he took the time to guide us. Very grateful! The location is amazing, the design of the apartment is so lovely! Kitchen is well-equiped! The apartment is situated in the old town which is beautiful and lots of places to eat right around the corner.

A couple of things. 1) Wifi connection was quite poor. Even for the TV where Netflix barely worked. 2) Nothing probably can be done by the host here but the window in the bedroom is facing an alley with some automated door. At 1-2am people were using it quite a bit so we'd often hear an automated voice saying that it's opening and the sound of the door opening and closing. Get some earplugs for that!

The host was very welcoming and helpful. The location is just perfect! Everything that is important is very close. The apartment is large with nice interior. Kitchen is well equipped. All other facilities are there. Some coffee & tea available. Nice seating area.

We did not know that we need to call host to collect keys. A bit weird smell in bathroom if it is not used for a while. No corkscrew. If air conditioning is not on, there is very little air circulation. No light in wardrobe.

We couldn’t make the dryer work, but we found a drying rake in the closet. That’s the only thing that I can think of, not big deal, it’s a pretty nice apartment.
