The location was excellent and the hotel had everything I wanted and needed. The staff was very helpful also.

Maybe add some beverages to the fridge like water.

Young lady on reception when I checked in was extremely helpful regarding my damaged luggage (caused at the airport), called the airport to raise my complaint, and then helped me find a store to buy new luggage for my return home. The young man on reception over the weekend was amazing, friendly, helpful and always had a nice smile and conversation he is a credit to the hotel, as are all the reception staff-first class team-well done all of you.

Everything was exceptional, staff, facilities, service TOP class.

Location, decor of the room, modern and clean

Front room with balcony and sea view, was noisy at night time, could do with better sound proofing, ie triple glazing to windows especially as paying a premium for it..,it was difficult to get a full night's sleep, so unfortunately it spoilt the stay.

The hotel is situated in a lovely part of Sitges. It is clean, tidy and has great facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is the second time staying there and never disappointing. Staff are friendly, location is great, hotel is well appointed and clean.

Chose this hotel as it had supposedly been recently refurbished but was not done to a very high standard. The suite was a suite in name only, it had one uncomfortable chair and a spare bed masquerading as a sofa which was also very uncomfortable. The coffee machine only worked intermittently. There was no lock on the bedroom door. Had to request fresh towels and wait for room to be made up any time up to 5pm which is not really very satisfactory. This is most definitely NOT a 4 star hotel

Modern clean functional room. Everything we needed .excellent location into the town. Right in front of a safe ,clean beach . Delightful breakfast. Helpful staff ,dressing gowns for use in rooms.

Nice big rooms, recently renovated and clean. Very comfortable stay. The hotel has quite pool area and small gym. It is located right on the beach which is very convenient. There are shops and restaurants nearby, also walk to the city center is quite short (around 10 mins) and enjoyable

The breakfast was poor, pretty much no variety, for 7 days it did not change at all and become boring very quick.
