No mini bar and at the least Tea or coffee making facilities in the room Their contactless machine was snot working and was told a day before my check out so had to find a bank to get cash breakfast expensive

the breakfeast room has a great selection, the small room i requested, was perfect with, a pretty comftotable bed, multiple accesses out, very polite staff, with great access to the norderstedt mitte and moorbekhalle u ban station, and fair access to olsdorf, to s1 airport. i will definitley be coming back in the near future.

Large beds, large bathroom, simple but comfortable room. Location is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries within walking distance.

Instructions were not clear; We had contactless check in, but I had to ask for my pin code though it was promised to be sent to us on the day of check in. Then we were a bit confused as to how to check in. But it was simple once we called the hotel number to ask.

Liked room, comfort, breakfast and helpfulness of staff even ordered us friendly taxi :)

Easy late check-in with check-in automat. Good location shops and restaurants. Good size room for three people. EV charging near by. Ok breakfast

Friendly, attentive staff. Beds were comfortable.

Room was clean enough, but not fully cleaned. Found various pieces of trash left by other guests under the beds. Breakfast was fairly basic but sufficient, but some of the dairy products were expired.

Very small parking, we had to park our car on the street.

hotel is fairly close to the highway and convenient for travelers who don’t really want to unnecessarily go to Hamburg city. In the near is bowling center which is great for a drink and entertainment. there is parking space in front of the hotel. stuff is mega friendly. Breakfast is good.

I am not sure if smoking in rooms is allowed but our room had a strong smell of cigarettes. If we needed to stay longer then one night we would need to request a change. it is not the cleanest hotel I spent a night in but it’s not unbearable.

Very good value for the money. nice with four beds in the room and playgrounds in the neighborhood Perfect for the family.

Breakfast was fine, room was decent

Getting in was hard. I got an email stating reception would be open until 8, nobody was there, had to call a number (2 options) to get a pin to get my roomcard. Which is fine, if the numbers actually connected to anything, we tried 2 different phones and about 15 calls total and only once actually connected through. Which took forever, children were hungry and crying by that time. I also asked for a cot, got confirmation before hand one would be there and it was not. Baby slept on the ground on blankets and towels!

Stayed one night. Good value for money. Nice breakfast.

Cigarrette buds in abundance outside in the driveway. Outside garbage can needs thorough cleaning.

We booked one room for 4 people and we have got two rooms in the same price. There no problem with late arrival, keys waited in the box locked with id.

We have only two set bedding sets for all afmily.
