Small hotel that offers good value for money, very helpful staff and the location is a few metres from the beach. Nice pool and garden area also.

The location was excellent. Near the beach and bars/restaurants and in the quieter end of the Main Street. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The breakfast was a bit basic. The coffee was awful. Luckily I was made a decent espresso by the staff when I asked for one.

The breakfast was terrible with limited choice. Only one day with anything hot which was bacon and omelette this did not get replenished once gone. Although the room is nice it is looking a little tired and ready for a lick of paint.

Most facilities advertised were Not evident on arrival. Booking.com have not obviously visited this hotel for an inspection of what is included, why not??? Felt very let down and has definitely changed our opinion about booking with your company again after this disappointing experience of our Holiday. We were the Only English staying at Gaya and everything was organised for the German majority. Sea view was obscured.
