The room was nice and spacious. The personnel was really nice and ready to help if needed. Breakfast was also pleasant. The location is perfect, near the city center and the bus station.
The location of the air conditioning was bothersome, since it was directed on the bed and cold air was blowing directly on us while sleeping. also when we tried to start the bathtub, and the massage valves, some dirt came out of them. So we had to run it first for it to get cleaned out and then use it.

Great location right by the Fish Market and Catania's Old Town. The main floor has a beautiful baroque ceiling and the rooms where we stayed were modern, clean and comfortable.

The location was convenient and the breakfast was a nice way to start the day. The staff was kind and facility was always quiet and peaceful
The jacuzzi smelled awful when trying to use the jets, and it was hard to turn them off. I didn’t realize the bathroom wouldn’t also have a shower too so that was awkward. I didn’t think it looked like the pictures and found the style/decorations off putting, but that could be my fault for not reading the description about “baroque” feel. Still seemed like an excess of naked women art and with the weird smell and being right next to a car repair shop, my sister and I just didn’t feel that comfortable. We also tried to shorten our stay through booking.Com or with the hotel and neither of them let us, each siting the other as the reason they couldn’t give us a small refund even with 2 days’ notice just a few hours after making the booking. That was upsetting

although it doesn’t look so on the outside, the inside is an old city palace and it looks the part: antique stucco, tiles and grand rooms. the people running the place are absolutely kind and accomodating. let them know ahead and they will make sure you can park at the private parking.
absolutely the only thing was when we took a bath and wanted to use the jets, it was clear from the smell they hadn’t been used in a while. but really, a minor discomfort to an otherwise luxurious stay

It was a brilliant location right near the fish market, restaurants and train station. The staff were super helpful and friendly. V quiet despite the central location. Best breakfast in Sicily!

Location was perfect for seeing Catania or travelling on day trips with bud and train station a walk away. The room was bigger than expected and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
Traffic outside was loud and continuous, but not an issue for us and slept fine.

Absolutely perfect. The room was nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast very rich, great. The staff was very nice, helpful. Near the center, only 4 minutes from the Duomo. I absolutely recommend. We look forward to our next stay here :)

Room was very clean and big with a big jaccuzi. Breakfast was very nice and fresh and the staff was very helpfull and kind, even got us a driver to the airport. When we visit Catania again we would love to stay at acquadellarte again!!

Everything was perfect. Staff very dedicated to make us feel confortable. Rich breakfast, including homemade pies. They gave us free tickets for the beach and also gave us many advices that we asked for. We wish to come back as soon as possible and we recomend this place.
