Super nice breakfast with freshly baked bread, fresh yoghurt, eggs and well presented. The host is super friendly. 5 min from Roermond Outlet. I had forgotten a dress in the room and the host kindly send the dress by post the same day.

This is an absolutely perfect place to stay for a few nights and explore Roermond and surroundings. It's close to the Outlet Center. Very good concept exceeding the requirements of travellers looking to have a good night sleep. The room was immaculate, Breakfast was very nice, we chose fresh yoghurt and kiwi's and an assortment of fresh breads, cheese and ham. I even got a free Coke Zero which in other establishments, I would have to pay for. All in all, very good and we are actually returning in a few days for another nights stay.

We stayed as a family of 4 and booked 2 rooms. Rooms were small but had everything we needed. Host was super nice and breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this B&B to our friends.

It was very hot this weekend and the room does not have air co... We understand that it was not listed as well, just keep it in mind if you travel during summer.

Very clean! Location is nearby outlet and parking garage. Good breakfast. Fan provided in room which was much appreciated as it was warm days.

Pleasant B&B with a very good location. Small but cozy, quiet and clean room with good beds. Very good breakfast. Ronald is a very dedicated host, always ready to help. This bed and breakfast fully met our expectations.

The property is very close to the outlet and to the restaurant or cafes. Very well located.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and smell nice. Very homey. Breakfast is very nice, prepared by the owner himself. At second day we need to catch the bus so we need an early breakfast, the owner was accommodating our needs by preparing the breakfast earlier. Location very close to the Outlet, just less than 10 minutes walk. For sure we will stay again when we visit Roermond.

The rooms are in the 2nd & 3rd floor. If you have a big suitcase, you need to do it with stairs.
