Just everything. Big room and bathroom. Great garden outside with plenty of seating areas, swings, fireplace, etc. And a nice round trip walking way through the forest.
Unfortunately there was no dinner option, but they had put out cake & coffee and small snacks for free!

The building looked pretty, they kept its charm. The staff was helpful and kind.
Room was a little bit outdated compare to the common spaces like lobby and restaurant.

The castle looks amazing from the outside. The location is perfect for those who are looking for a remote, romantic weekend getaway in Alpine valley and wish to wake up with the view of mountain peaks. Taking a morning fall walk on the surrounding grounds and in the forest was thrilling. The view from the window was spectacular.
The grandeur is not present on the inside as much as it is captivating on the outside. The lobby, rustic wooden staircase, and fireplace room were charming, however, my room, small and functional, was unmatched by the castle theme. The divide between the mattresses, which together made a queen size bed, was awkward.

Castle like in fairytale surrounded by mountains and forests. Renovated but kept autentic enviroment and facilities. A lot of not traditional service - late snacks in lounge, separate leisure and games room, fantastic sauna and sauna lounge upon request. For nature lovers - everything in few steps
It's not hotel fault, but the road to it - real disaster for the car, very unusual thing in Austria. But still worth to go. Very poor mobile connection because of location - hotel is surrounded by high mountains, but WiFi is really great, so can easily connect via internet connections

Beautiful property surrounded by nature! Very nice private sauna. We could bring our 18 year old cat with us.
Quality of coffee was not enough for native Viennese people.

Very friendly and mindful staff, clean and nicely renovated rooms. Dinner is good and breakfast is even better. The sauna in the hotel is a very good option to get warm after e.g. a snow shoe hiking day.

The castel is situated in the middle of the nature, it is beautiful! The stuff is very nice, ready to help you with everything. The room was very clean , big, with a nice view. Large bathroom, very clean and modern. Very good breakfast. The dinner was excellent in the first evening, but not in the second, it looked like an improvisation.
It could be nice to have a kettle in the room. The smells from the kitchen arrived on the second floor and in room 206.

Very friendly staff, room had a great view, nice modern bathroom, it was perfectly quiet at night and we slept very well. The castle is stunning and surrounded by gorgeous nature. Hiking trails all around the place. Sauna was also very nice. Would love to come back.

Everything, everyone was super friendly and the facilities were in amazing condition. I got the chance to met the owner who was an extremely friendly and educated person. I hope ill be back soon.

No necessities, no suitcase rack, to telephone or television in room.
Its an old building and you are reminded of that by the warm water supply; in order to take a hot shower you need to let the water run for about 10
Minutes!!
Dinner was included in our Rate but also not 3 Star Quality; taking into account that there where 6 places in total set for Dinner the cook could have done a better job! When I am served a dinner that i could prepare at home, both more appetizing and better looking; then i am disappointed considering this should be 3 Star quality.
Also Check-Out time is 10:00 am, which I personally found quite early.

Well of course, rooms could get better better furniture but price would go higher so it is not at all a complain! Again you will get more than you should for the price offered.
