It would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

Everything vas exceptional. From food, to hotel staff - we were very pleased with everything. Like EVERYTHING. Not a thing that was remotely bad. Really great hotel, with amazing nature. The made us feel very special, even opened the bar after closing time. Everybody made sure we are all happy and satisfied.
NOTHING. Like really. Everyting was 10/10. Maybe we would like people to respect booking of the wellness, but that is not hotels fault.

Wonderful hotel, with very nice and professional stuff, delicious food and of course amazing surroundings. To get to the hotel, we were picked up by the stuff in their car and brought up the mountain to be accommodated. The dinner and breakfast were served as buffet and the food was delicious. Our room was not too big, but it was clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again anytime.

Delicious food at a good price, friendly service. Bed from which it was hard to get out, beautiful views from the window. Worth a visit, even though the price is not the lowest.

would suggest to add a kettle with bags of tea and possibly coffee in the rooms, specifically for guests starting a hike before breakfast.

Combination of high level of comfort, great service and style wrapped in quite unpretentious building and interior in keeping with high Tatras surrounding.

Special location with high level of comfort and delicious food. Above the standard of a typical mountain hut (which I do like as well), perfect as a stopover on the Magistrale trail or other treks involving Polsky hreben saddle.

Very clean room and a comfortable bed, perfect after a long hike. Minibar at the room, although for an extra fee.
Very good breakfast included, great variety. Also a great dinner for a reasonable price.

Beautiful hotel in the very heart of Tatra nature.
The rooms were cosy with beautiful view, the staff was nice and helpful. Food was excellent.
The drinks (also basic ones: tea, coffee) were extra psie despite the fact you plis for dinner - as the staff does not inform about that, it was strange surprise, considering the 4* hotel.

location beyond imagination. the accommodation is really comfortable, the staff is kind and helpful. the buffet breakfast is extremely abundant.
the overnight bicycle storage was a little difficult, but it was solved. none of this detracts from the accommodation's exceptional features.

Very nice hotel, esp. the location. Great food & service. Small wellness, nothing special, but nice after long hike. Convenient pick-up service (we left our car at the bottom parking lot), and hotel will bring you up and down on demand. As a package overall - definitely worth visiting, the location is unforgettable.
Only negative was the bed mattress. Really hard and for me uncomfortable. One of the saunas was not working during our stay, but this can happen.
