The room was of good size, and it was very clean. All the facilities were above expectations. The location was prime and I was lovely. Breakfast amazing.
The pillows were too soft and if possible, check-in could be slightly sooner that will be nice after traveling a fair bit.

Great amount of daylight , and the windows opened in bedroom/ living area.
At least one more English speaking channel on the television. Minimal number of glasses, cups and dishes.
While we appreciated the free breakfast, we were disappointed that we weren’t given some kind of discount when we experienced flooding from the water heater in the room. The contents of one suitcase and it’s contents were completely soaked and they had to be dried out before we caught the train the next morning. Changing rooms meant that we had to pack up , unpack and then pack up again for the night. It took time away from our trip.
More explicit directions need too be given for guests arriving at the bus station.a

Close to city center and a great underground parking (a bit tight). Very quiet neighbourhood.
Some other tenants in an other apartment were smoking and we had to turn off our AC in order to not smell the smoke.

The property has exceptional people at the front desk, friendly and helpful. The reception area has a cozy place to sit and read in front of a fireplace. It was nicely decorated for Christmas. My room was comfortable with a place to work on my computer. I loved the floor to ceiling windows allowing for a lot of light. The location is excellent with easy access to both train and bus stations and a very short walk to Cours Mirabeau.
Smart tv would be a nice addition.

Great location only being 5 mins from the centre of town, and close to a supermarket/Cafè for breakfast. Really nice to have a pool and the staff were really friendly and helpful

Very clean and well appointed room. Good size pool.
Parking was expensive at 12 euros a night but we parked opposite on the road for 6 euros which covered us until early afternoon the next day.

the facility needs renovation urgently the hallway kitchen and equipment are old. the breakfast in the mornings very sad not fresh and appetizing but 12 euros anyway !

Amazing pool, friendly staff, fantastic location.
No on-site bar or restaurant (they do serve a continental breakfast). Rooms are a bit tired looking and could do with fresh paint and soft furnishings.

Only a lady who serves breakfast deserves 4 stars.
What bothered me the most was the cleanliness which is at a very low level. The hotel needs urgent refurbishment.

the floors are all messed up, the bed wasn’t made properly(had no fitted sheet on it and the comforter had no cover on it, only 1 set of towels, nothing but liquid soap for the bathroom sink and the bathtub, no shampoo/conditioner, just one liquid soap for everything.
