Martina was absolutely fabulous. She met us on time and explained everything we needed to know to make sure our stay was worry free. Place was extremely clean. The shower was the biggest I have seen in Italy and is equipped for handicapped people. Easy to get to by car; No ZTL zones to worry about. Close to Villa Borghese gardens and park. And this is the only place we stayed at throughout our 2 week trip through Italy where the air condition actually worked. All the other places said they had A/C but none were working and the owners basically said "too bad" Location, although out of the center, was a 3 min walk to the Metro which would take you to the center in 15 minutes. Lots of fabulous shops line the streets and the prices are half what you would pay in the center. Off street parking was only 15 Euros a day; a bargain in Rome if you are driving a car.

We didn't notice (nor were we told about) the security cameras in the common area (kitchen) when we arrived at the apt. It was at breakfast the next morning that we saw them and wondered if there were anymore in the apt Made us feel a little creepy.
