The staff is lovely and very friendly. When we arrived, we immediately had a cockroach that got out of the AC and went to ask the staff for help. They immediately changed our room without any comment and put us in a very clean and well maintained room. Location wise, you couldn’t find better. It’s very close to everything.

A bit caught by surprise with the cockroach at the beginning but nothing really the staff could do something about it (it only manifested itself when we turned the ac on). The pool seemed a bit bigger in the pictures but that’s not super important.

- Toilet was verstopt en spoelde niet door, na paar maal vragen opgelost. - Alle dagen géén druk en géén warm water. - Geen raam met zicht naar buiten, 1 raam dat uitkijkt op een gang achter de trap. - zwembad was een grote badkuip zonder gelegenheid om relaxt bij te liggen of zitten. - 5 etages, geen lift, smal trappenhuis en uiteraard de kamer op de 5e het meest ver weg Door alles eerder weggegaan zonder enige refund.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Merida. The main square is just 5 blocks away. There is a small pool which I didn´t try but I saw a lot of people swimming there. The hotel has a small parking lot which can fit around 8 cars but it also has another parking space just around the corner which can fit a few more cars. The room was really clean and the air conditioner worked perfectly fine. I will definitevely be back to this hotel.

Al llegar al alojamiento, la señorita de la recepción poco agradable y estaba con mal genio. El automóvil se deja como a una cuadra del hotel, por lo tanto bajamos las maletas, el personal a pesar de vernos que estábamos con muchas cosas, no nos ayudaron, tuvimos que pedirles su ayuda. Las sábanas de la cama estaban lascadas con parte rotas.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean and there were 2 new bottles of water everyday! The location is close to the center. Good value for money.

There was no elevator.

The room did not have a fridge, which was important to us. Our room was right by the hallway, so we could not open the window and have privacy and the same time and it was quite loud sometimes. No window in bathroom, so no fresh air either

We loved everything from staff and how clean everything is… we also loved that it’s so close to town where all the good food shopping is right down the road.

Very very friendly receptionist, especially the Young lady we were primarily in contact with. Clean rooms, Nice ambience of the hotel and pool area, Quite OK location, walking distance to the center, Our adapter for european electricity socket didnt work, they happily provided us with extension cable that worked. EDIT - as someone mentioned, there were not many electricity sockets. This is something the hotel could work on. For us the extension cord fixed our issues :) Would stay again.

Basically all was good, just some remarks someone might mind - we didnt mind much: Pool was quite close to the street, from photos we didnt notice that, but anyway it was nice to chill there. There were some construction works taking place which wasnt really pleasant. Happened only one day though i think. Parking was not directly at the hotel, was 1 street away, someone from staff always had to go with us. Not a huge deal but we didnt expect it. Staff never had problem with going with us, all was OK.

Very nice hotel, perfect location

Great location, short walk to popular areas. We felt very safe at this hotel. Staff were very helpful and kind. The pool was refreshing and clean. The room was a good size and clean, with good air conditioning.

All rooms face into the courtyard, so it can be noisy if other guests are loud in the hallways.

Location Bedroom size

No breakfastv available of any kind. Without disconnecting the TV or the sat TV dish, there not a single plug within the room where to charge my phone and other pits I had. The only 2 plugs were in the bathroom which was a strange location for it

Amazing location, in the middle of downtown, a lot of restaurants nearby, really good wifi, ac, TV service.

The parking, you dont have to pay but there are just few lots inside the hotel, there is more space in another terrain but its like 1 block away and you have to ask for someone to open the place.

Our room, number 111, was just next the toilets and the furnace/boiler, which was really making a lot of noise. It turned off at 11:30 PM but then it turned on again at 5:30 AM… It was a nightmare, a very short night. The staff told us that it was not possible to switch with another room (even if the hotel did not seem full). So, AVOID room 111 ! it is a shame because the hotel seemed very nice

Really beautiful place in a great location. We stayed in another hotel before, and this was just so much better. Great breakfast joint 2 blocks away (Soco), great lunch and dinner just across the street or on the square a block out. Good place to stay and discover Merida from. The room was fine, cold water shower when we were there, nothing very special. The decor is lovely, and our kid loved the pool.

The parking situation is not ideal, there are a few spots in front. Otherwise, you have to park around the corner. Still, minor detail, the parking was private, and we could access our car at any moment.
