Small Italian breakfast 😊

Such an amazing place, with amazing staff and great breakfast. There was a parking spot in front of the place and our car was safe there. The breakfast was excellent. The place was clean and looked amazing. I enjoyed the rock walls and the antique look of the place. There's a garden where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning Our room was called Monterosso and it had a little table and two chairs in front of the door. You can enjoy staying up there and having a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunset with your companion.

The bed. It wasn't that pleasant to sleep in. There were two beds in one and they get separated times to times. Also the wood under the bed was broken and it wasn't that comfortable. Sometimes walking into the bathroom it can be smelly (we always close the toilet lid and still sometimes you could smell it- but it might have been coming from the bidet) Despite everything, i would gladly go back there.

Despite being located just off a busy road, the guesthouse was quiet and there are several restaurants within easy walking distance (even if you do have to be wary of the traffic). The rooms were clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was good. A nice guesthouse for an overnight stopover.

Location isn't great but that's not so much of an issue if you're using it as a stopover.

Beds were comfy, room was nice and cozy, the staff was great and there were plenty of nice touches including good toiletries and even sweets on our pillows, super nice details.

We could hear our neighbors TV and even their voices, sound insulation wasn't great

Nice and tidy. Very good value for the money.

The Bed & Breakfast is located just off the highway, so this could be a plus if you are traveling by car. It takes less than 15 minutes by car to go to La Spezia, Lerici and Sarzana. The rooms on the ground floor are accessible from a public road with only a few cars going by every now and then. You may also park your car there (if your travel by car). The rooms are clean. AC worked well. Surrounding area is silent. Breakfast was fresh and tasty!

The Bed & Breakfast is not located in a particularly scenic or rural area. Our room was a bit dark so we had to keep the door open for extra sunlight. Our double room had a shower box while the single room next to ours had a bathroom with curtain shower. Bathroom window didn’t open well in ours.
