Location is near Station and some restaurant. Also close to Hitsujima park.

Old property, the aircon had weird smell.

なんと言っても西武秩父駅から徒歩6分のアクセス。また、周辺にビジネスホテルはほぼ皆無なので、貴重でした。スタッフの皆さんはベテランの方々も多く、愛嬌があり気持ちの良い対応でした。

朝食会場がこぢんまりしている点。横並びで座るテーブル席は特に狭く感じて、隣りのお客さんにぶつからないようにテーブルから離れるのが困難でした。子連れなので、もう少しゆったり座りたかったです。

The breakfast was great and the lady at the breakfast room was very nice and kind.

The room was small and dusty. It was difficult to communicate with the front desk staffs because they don’t really speak English.

The breakfast was good - lots of options - very Japanese (of course, but sometimes there is a more western option). Rooms were very clean. I wish I had gone for two twin rooms, as my double room was quite small and the twin room that the kids had was much better (the twin room cost slightly more). The bathroom was nice and very clean. The room cleaning service each day was great. The area was fantastic and it was very easy to get around on the local train, which was close to the hotel. The food options in town were also excellent.

Just wish I had gone for a larger room - but the description on the website was very clear - that was just my fault.
