Hotel muito limpo, silencioso, e funcionário super simpáticos e prestativos. Perto do Parque Kennedy, de pontos de ônibus e vários restaurantes, é possível ir a Costa Verde e outros atrativos a pé, tranquilamente. Um hotel bem tipico com a cultura do Peru. Internet boa tanbém, caso se trnha compromissos de trabalho ou outras necessidades.

Poderia ter ar condicionado devido ao calor em Lima, e café da manhã incluido. Demais, tudo perfeito!

Extrem kalt! Keine Heizung vorhanden. Gebäude ausgekühlt. Insgesamt ist die Beleuchtung auch zu dunkel. Das Frühstück ist Einfallslos. Es gibt viel günstigere und komfortablere Unterkunftsmöglichkeiten in Miraflores.

Location is great, the room is minimalistic, but enough when you spend most time outside. The staff is very nice and friendly, easy to communicate and helped us with all our needs.

Excelente staff, very very helpful and friendly. My stay at Hotel Esperanza, was a great value for money in the centre of Miraflores, Lima. Centrally located, with a walkable distance from parque Kennedy. The room was quite spacious and cozy with good wifi and hot shower 🚿. Daily room service (cleaning) is being done. 😁 They also provide breakfast in the room. Thank you very much Armando, Sixto and Jessica, you all are awesome people. 😊 I recommend this property to everyone visiting Miraflores and looking for a place to stay.

Staff at the hotel offered rooms available to be chosen from and the room was big and confortable.

Poor breakfast with a frozen chicken sandwich and a warm juice. Isolation is non-existent so the noise from the nearby beltway is terrible.

Breakfast was served each morning to your room. It's in the center of miraflores but still quiet. Staff was helpful

Location is very good, in miraflores quarter and close to the square where bus from airport stops. During my stay I didn't have any problems, staff is very helpful. Breakfast is ok, I thought it was served in a breakfast area but in reality you receive it in a box outside of the room.
