Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen 42-Zoll-HDTV. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche befindet sich in einem kurzen Flur direkt außerhalb dieses ersten Schlafzimmers. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist groß mit 2 voll über Etagenbetten, die 8 mit einem großen privaten Badezimmer schlafen können! Amazing clean house with everything you’d need. Paying the extra money to heat the pool was worth it. Quick 5 minute drive to Disney. Being able to watch the Disneyland fireworks from the upstairs room was great! (note the bangs from the fireworks can be loud inside the house, if you have light sleepers). Highly recommend and would stay again!

The Kung family are excellent hosts and very responsive. You can tell they want to ensure their guests have everything they could possibly need on vacation. My family and I appreciate them maintaining such a wonderful rental!
There were two strollers and two high chairs available to use. Also plenty of plastic dinnerware/flatware for the wee kids to eat off of, but lacking adequate bowls/flatware for older kids/adults without running the dishwasher daily.
Kitchen was well-stocked to cook meals and at the time of our visit had these useful items:
Rice Cooker, Slow Cooker, Toaster Oven, Waffle Iron, Coffee Maker, Electric Kettle, 2-Burner Griddle. They do not have a coffee grinder.
Rooms were spacious and bathrooms adequate. My husband and I did not prefer the extra-firm bed, but loved the cozy bedding and mini split available upstairs in the master suite. We also could’ve done with two more towels in the master bathroom, but stole two from the kids since we were just a party of four.
We did not find this home to be within walking distance of Disney. It would’ve been a 1.5 mile (35 min walk) to main entrance or a 1 mile walk to take the tram from Mickey & Friends parking garage. We paid for in/out parking and left mid-day to return after supper. Walking 10 miles in the park was enough for us!
“Solar” heating is not adequate to comfortably swim in pool unless it’s hot outside and I wish we had budgeted to pay the $60/day gas heating fee.
Kids said game room was “BOSS.”

Very nice home, a few minutes from Disneyland which was incredible. The home was very clean, decorated nicely with a Disney theme. It would be so nice in the summer when the pool and bbq in the backyard could be used. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to go to Disneyland or even the Anaheim area.

What a fantastic stay and experience! This home is perfect for a family visit to Disneyland and the Southern California/Anaheim area. It’s beautiful inside & outside, incredibly spacious, decorated in very good (high end) taste, and the best-equipped home we’ve ever visited. We are a 3-generation family of 6, and there was SO much room. The house is extremely well-supplied for children (strollers to toys to tableware) and the playroom/bedroom for kids absolutely delighted our preschooler. (We also appreciated the very tasteful and grownup master bedroom!) The house has many charming and fun Disney touches, so it’s like staying at a Disneyland hotel, only much better. Every member of our family LOVED this home!

As a first time VRBO customer I could not have asked for a better experience.
The property was ultra clean and well maintained.
You can literally watch the fire works from Disney from the upstairs bedroom or sitting on the patio.
The owner was very responsive and I highly recommend the house for young families.

This place just might be my favorite vacation property I’ve rented and I travel a lot. The entire home was spotless, very conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, spacious with an open floor plan and very nicely decorated. We were there in November so it was a little too cool outside to swim so we didn’t use the pool but I will say that the backyard is lovely with an outdoor kitchen, large patio set and lovely pool area. We will definitely stay at this lovely home again when we are in Anaheim.

This house did not disappoint! Wonderful suite upstairs that us as grandparents enjoyed being able to have our own space. Huge double bunk sets with bathroom for the kids. Nice spacious queen bedroom with bathroom right outside in the hall so a wonderful home that has all thats needed for a great vacation. Thank you so much for sharing your rental with us and we will be sharing it with others. 😊

This is likely one of the best VRBO homes we’ve stayed at in terms of high quality furnishings and EVERY amenity you could need. The owners are generous with the basics (not just one roll of TP or one dishwasher pod) and they go above and beyond when it comes to the kitchen and bathroom being FULLY stocked (even spices, oil, and plastic wrap/aluminum foil)
The beds were comfortable, high quality linens and towels, every appliance worked, and even a computer/printer for use. Our kids are grown but there was everything you could need for toddlers and small children too (stroller, pack n’ play, toys, books, small size table/chairs)
The location is perfect and we walked the 1.6 km to Magic Way in 20 minutes every day and then took the tram.

The house was exactly like what was shown on the website and worked good for our family of 6. House was clean and had everything we needed and then some. The only disappointment was that the pool wasn't available until the night before we left and the pool was the main reason I rented this house, but I do understand things happen.

This property was beyond amazing. We stayed for a week, a family of 6. The layout of the house was perfect. Our 8 year old loved having the playroom and tv all to herself! The pool was great and the family enjoyed it everyday. MAJOR highlight was watching the disney fireworks from the front yard. Loved having stores near by for food shopping.

Property was super clean and spacious for our group of six. Great view of Disney fireworks every evening. Lovely pool - too bad it was unseasonably cold so we didn’t get to enjoy it. We would definitely stay here again!

We celebrated our daughter’s 5th birthday at Disneyland and this was the perfect place to stay. Along with my wife and daughter, we also brought mother who has mobility issues, but she had no problems getting around this spacious home. We rented a scooter for her to use at the parks, but two days at Disneyland and California Adventure, we were tired, sore and ready to be away from the crowds. What a perfect way to recover, relaxing in the pool. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the parks - all sidewalks and very safe and we were even greeted along our way by the friendly neighbors! Everything was immaculately clean and we enjoyed playing the games that were provided and watching movies at night before bed. The nightly fireworks are no joke, so if you have little ones, be prepared for the 9:30 explosions, but for the convenience and close proximity to the parks, you’ll not find a better place than this. We loved it and hope we can stay again in the future!

The house was perfect for what we needed. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. The walk to Disney wasn’t bad and the neighbourhood seemed safe. The house is probably the most updated in the neighbourhood which made us second guess when we arrived but after a day we realized all the locals seem friendly and nice. The area was very quiet. About 20 minute walk to Downtown Disney and 10 minutes through Downtown Disney to the gates. We did not walk at night but I am sure it would have been fine.
Paying for heating the pool was $50 a day which I think is pretty standard but always feels like a lot of money. Still worth it as the pool was perfect for adults and kids to swim in. Lots of swim-vest, couple dive toys for the pool. We packed our own but didn’t need to use up the space. Could use a few more small toys for the pool to save packing them.
Fireworks from the place worked well. You can see them clearly from the upstairs bedroom which is the only room upstairs. It is the ensuite with the king bed.
Only recommendation would be to change out the patio door and kids room curtains. Single panels fall down in the kids room when opened or touched. Made us not open them during the stay but didn’t impact the trip in anyway.
Hosts were extremely easy to deal with and answered questions quickly.

This property made our vacation that much better! The kids room was great! Our family of five along with in-laws stayed and there was plenty of space. With a $8 Uber ride to Disney you can’t go wrong. Howard, is very accommodating. The pool heat was well worth it. I would highly recommend this property!

We as a family of 7, 3 children under the age of 10 and 4 adults, would definitely stay here again. The house alone was perfect. Too cool of weather to use the pool (we did the first day we did just to say we did), the walk was a 20 minute walk to Disneyland, just a nice walk. Pool table and toys kept the kids busy in the mornings. Very sound proof. Lots of room if you needed some alone time. Having a tv in every room was amazing, and easy to use.

This was a great location for our Disneyland trip. The walk to downtown disney was about one mile. We walked to Disneyland two days in a row without a problem. The available strollers were wonderful. House was clean, kids loved the available toys to play with, convenient shops nearby.
Two notes that weren’t much of a problem but may be helpful to others: (1) we had to reset one of the tvs to get the apps to work; (2) the master bedroom wall will rattle if the garage heater/air conditioner is on.

The master suite had a separate heating/cooling system that was impossible to figure out, despite a call to the owner. It was either too hot or too cold. Also, consider replacing the toilet with an elongated, comfort height model.

The house is totally remodeled, beautiful and immaculate. We have stayed in online rentals close to Disneyland in the past. This was absolutely the best!
There’s plenty of room for everyone. Parking in the driveway was roomy.
The kids loved the theme decorations.
Obviously, the owner cares that his guests enjoy their stay.

The house was amazing. Super clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious, the kids room had great amenities. Only 2 complaints really from me. Paid to have the pool heated only to find out the exterior lights weren't working so swimming at night was definitely a no go and couldn't bbq outside due to this. Second issue was the water pressure in the house was super low especially in the master bathroom and kitchen.
The house is about a 20 min walk from Disneyland so we had to drive to park as we needed a scooter for my dad to use. The host was very responsive and great to work with. Definitely recommend this place to anyone else.

We had a fantastic stay with every amenity we could have hoped for. The pool was a welcome retreat at the end of our Disney days. We were able to walk into the parks in 30 minutes or Uber for $7.
We really recommend this property for large families that are visiting the Disney parks.

We absolutely loved this property. It was just as it was pictured. The children's room was absolutely fantastic. The girls loved it. The location to Disneyland was perfect. We walked back and forth each day. A short walk so even at the end of a full day at Disneyland with a 6 & 7 year old, the walk back was fine. So much faster walking than driving, parking, and then the whole shuttle thing. We would highly recommend this property.

Perfect! Exceptional… only place we will stay for our Family SoCal vacations
We found this place on VRVO and the pictures looked amazing however pictures can sometimes be deceiving. But it’s not I’m this case! upon arrival this place went above and beyond my expectations and the pictures don’t even do justice. The owners take care of their property and their attention to detail is excellent. So many perks too many to list… The owners are also very responsive to your emails or text messages if there’s any issues, which we didn’t experience any… the home is perfectly situated only about a five minute drive to Disneyland and has something for everyone …we stayed here with our family for Disneyland vacation ages ranging from 4 years old to 84 and it was perfect for everybody… I must say if you’re planning on heading to SoCal !!!!

This property was absolutely perfect for a Disney vacation. The pictures do not do the house justice. It was spacious, clean, came with all amenities and was just what we needed. Howard was great to deal with. We would definitely considering staying here again!

Amazing Stay, Wonderful Property
Our expectations were beyond met with this property. The owner was quickly responsive to our question in preparation to our stay and we were blown away the minute we walked in the door. My daughter loved the child playroom- everything she could have asked for! She didn't even want to leave to go to Disneyland!! The pool was great and we had more than enough room for the whole family. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and overall was incredibly clean. The location was perfect for going to Disney during the day and relaxing at night. We will absolutely be back!

Get home that my family really enjoyed
Our family really enjoyed everything about this home. It was large and the pool, pool table, and TV with subscriptions kept us entertained the entire time. We would stay here again if in the area and were visiting Disney. The traffic between things to do in LA like Hollywood, Griffith Park, was bad adding hours to our travels but Disney being blocks away and all the things to do at the house made the vacation enjoyable. It was high 70's, low 80's and the pool was a bit cold so I contacted the owner and he was very responsive and added the pool heating by gas and it was perfect. Thank you again for having us!

Family Vacation
Pictures don’t do this amazing vacation home justice! This home was a perfect place to reconnect with my daughters and granddaughter after not seeing each other for a whole year due to the pandemic. The owners did not miss a beat! All amenities are provided! They had cooking seasonings, suntan lotion for all age levels and even Tide Laundry detergent! Nothing but the best! The home is so spacious to where everyone in my family had their own personal space to hang out and relax in!
The kids room is awesome from the time my granddaughter stepped foot in there she fell in love if she wasn’t enjoying the pool she would be in the Kid’s room and told us adults to keep out lol.
I think other guests have mentioned this before and I’ll echo it again! My only mistake is not reserving it for a longer period of time! 3 nights is not enough!! I’m already looking into my next stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was nicer than the pictures can capture. We have three school aged children that loved the kid friendly amenities and heated pool. Us parents were comfortable too, but especially loved seeing our kids happy. We would stay again.

This home was lovey. So clean with everything you need for a perfect stay. If you have children, this is the place for you. The kids room is adorable. If I could give this home more than 5 stars I would. We could see the fireworks from Disneyland from the upstairs window, just as if we were in the park. Awesome!
