El Hotel al igual que otros de la cadena One Shot en Madrid están muy descuidados. Hace unos años merecía la pena hospedarse en ellos pero a día de hoy la falta de mantenimiento hace que ya no regrese más. humedad y mal olor en la ducha/regadera, paredes manchadas, agua caliente que funciona de manera intermitente, alfombras de las habitaciones muy sucias, calefacción que no funciona en la habitación “207”… El personal es muy agradable pero no tienen forma de solucionar nada de estos temas si la administración del Hotel no lo gestiona.

Tive uma situação no qual a equipe do hotel especificamente o Ivan me ajudou muito. Passei mal e foi necessário chamar a ambulância e o mesmo ligou, foi até o quarto verificar se estava tudo bem, enfim, ele foi uma pessoa muito bacana conosco. O hotel é bem charmoso, tem uma estrutura legal.

Os quartos tem problema que o chuveiro fica variando a temperatura, após 1 minuto a água fica muito fria e depois muito quente. Carpetes estão extremamente sujos e a pessoa da limpeza pega as toalhas com a mesma luva que pega os lixos, elas não são embaladas individualmente.

Camere molto piccole al piano terreno rumorose e al mattino puzza di aglio terribile . Non pulitissime . Staff gentile e disponibile .

The shower was leaking

The AC didn't work at all. I requested that it'd be fixed 3 times, when I checked in, in the evening, and at night. It's summer in Spain so it's 100 degres, I couldn't sleep all night, felt miserable the next day, and the hotel only offered to reimburse 20% of the stay.

the first room they gave us was noisy, whenever someone took a shower, but we immediately got a new room after complaining. bathroom was a little dirty

the room was tiny and dark , with windows looking to another wall so no views. the bathroom was not separated from the rest of the space, it had a sink outside with no door and then the toilet and the shower were separated but it was very uncomfortable anyway and definitely didn’t have the concept of the bathROOM. the reception was dirty. and it’s absolutely not a 4 star hotel

This hotel is located in a centralized location, which makes it convenient to visit highlights in Madrid. With it's location being one block removed from de la Castellana, you can grab a cab or bus with relative ease. And the Atocha train station is a 7 Euro cab ride down Castellana.

We were given room #112 and it had a very musty/mildewy smell when we entered it. We assumed it just hadn't been opened in a while so we said nothing. But every time we returned to the hotel the smell would hit us like a punch in the nose. The front desk gave us a new room without question and we had a wonderful second night stay! I appreciate them accommodating this request with no fuss or questions. One more thing, that in both showers there was a little mildew and there were water seepage damage on parts of the wood paneling around the shower.

Excellent location. very comfortable room. the staff was exceptionally nice and attentive. great breakfast. I will come back again next time I’m in Paris.
