for us it was more than expected .. it was super good everyone is extremely friendly.. felt like home .. everything was clean and neat , the breakfast was super good and delicious and amazing , near from everything the beach and the pool was so good and cozy.. definitely we will come back 😍

Perfect location right on the edge of Kamenjak National Park. Kind staff. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. I loved ending the day at the pool or hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall we had a great stay at B&B Villa Adriana! We will surely come back and would recommend it to anyone (hoping it doesn’t become too popular and that it gets sold out too quickly) :) Highlights: - Friendly hosts - Great pool, jacuzzi and lounge area - Nice bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette - Fan and AC in bedroom - Good breakfast offer

What could be improved: - Kitchenette tends to get very warm; a fan could be useful - Internet in the evening was not so great (but working well in the morning/early afternoon) - It would be nicer to have the possibility to add the drinks at the bar to our room bill and pay everything in one go at checkout (instead of currently paying in cash at the bar after each drink) - I would have personally welcomed a later check-out, until 11.00 (instead of currently 10.00); and breakfast until 10.30 (instead of currently 10.00). Not everybody is an early bird, especially on holiday ;-)

Friendly stuff, excellent breakfast and jakuzzi. We also loved the sun terrace. Our apartment was big and well-equiped. Kamenjak national park is really close, we could reach the beaches on foot. We will return.

The owners are very kind. Breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and confortable. The villa is in a very good position and the pool and the bar inside were fantastic. We'll come back for sure.

We loved EVERYTHING about this place and its location. Great hosts!!

We have booked an entire week and it was absolutely. We actually extended our stay. The people who run the place are absolutely lovely. Withdrawal without too small children and it was delightful. The space in the room is extraordinary and we even had our small garden. Cleaning multiple times throughout the week which we didn't expect. The pool comes with a sun terrace as well as a bar and the entire facility has its charm. Definitely recommend it as a family place but also if you travel with your partner. Rich breakfast and again: the family owned place is a great place to be. Plus: literally next to the entrance of Kamenjak National park.

This family owned villa is a true oasis of warmest hospitality. Everything in it is thoughtfully created with guest's enjoyment in mind. Beauty and comfort in every detail. The breakfast is mind-blowingly good. At last butit not at least - it is pretty much the closest apartment to Kamenjak. We loved our stay there and definitely plan to come back.

Very clean room, amazing hosts! Free jacuzzi and pool in the courtyard! Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, couldn't wish for anything more.
