The staff were very helpful and accommodating allowing me to check in early. The property has a lift. The view from the apartment is beautiful. There is air-conditioning and microwave.

The hook behind the bathroom door was broken. The location is great but could get loud on a Saturday evening because of music from nearby establishments. But other than that great apartment to stay in! Great location!

The location, cleanness, air-conditioned. With very good restaurants and night life at walking distance.

I was expecting to have two real separated bedrooms, not to have booth in a tiny mezzanine just separated by a thin sliding door. Also, we could hear every steps from the above flat. The mattresses were not comfortable. In the overall the apartment show signs of usage. We use the kitchenet several times and the cutlery was of various shapes and very used as well as crockery and glasses. The difficult to find a free park location near.

Getting to the property was a breeze, as it is very well located. The hosts got in touch with me before my arrival, to make sure we could meet and have a quick check-in process. Apart from its excellent location, the property was well suited to my needs, comfortable and adequately equipped. The check-out process is pretty straightforward and I didn't need to worry about wasting time with it, which was really important as I had to leave really early in the morning.

Everything worked as expected, according to the description of the property. I ended up missing an iron and ironing board, so I took care of it myself.

Very easy. Fast email communication and easy to work out the pick up of the apartment key and code. Rui was very helpful with parking information, restaurants, etc.

This room should not be called "Studios" as there is no cooking facilities. Also, The TV did not worked and was not fixed during my 4 nights stay, dispatch I have noticed the staff on the first night.

Nice apartment in the very centre of Guimarães. Everything is in walking distance. The fact that it's built around the old city walls of Guimarães adds to its charm. Strong wi-fi signal. The kitchen has what's needed for a few days stay, but not more. Good communication with the owner.

First and foremost, the apartment is not sound-proofed. At all! Every step people upstairs take goes with a boom. Sort of a resonance box effect. Moreover, the interior courtyard belongs to a restaurant, which is open till 2am. It is not a seating area, but still, lots of noise. The view towards this interior courtyard amounts to no view at all and there's little light coming in the apartment. No free parking. Cleaning could be better. The city walls are only a lot of fun if they are not full of dust.
