Everything was great, smooth check in, amazing view, pool is nice, absolutely peaceful in the afternoons. the rooms were comfy and the shower was good. We enjoyed it completely and glad we chose this apartment. - Beware there are a lot of stairs so if you struggle getting around this place might be difficult for you, we loved it though, bit of extra training each day!

A very nice hotel in a peaceful and beautiful area. The view from the swimming pool area is really impresive. Located on Costa Smeralda so the beaufiful beaches are nearby (not far by car). The room was very big and comfortable. And Oriana is the best person to take care of you! We are really satisfied with our stay in Vallemare Residence :)

It would be nice to have WI-FI in the room, not only at the swimming pool space :)

Terrible residence! The boiler was giving the whole night an extremely loud alarm sound. We could not sleep at all! Nobody could be reached by phone to fix this problem. The next day, after a sleepless night we went to the reception. They send someone there to check the problem. This person left the whole bathroom floor with a black dirt. Though the problem was fixed, but no compensation was offered. We booked an apartement with "garden view". However, the windows were so dirty that could not even see the garden. The garden was by the way next to a street and not an a hill sourrounded by mediterranean macchia like in the announced pictures. The matress was did not cover the whole bed... I can't consider this Vallemare Residence and Studios at all!

The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious with a big terrace and garden. There is also a private parking. Everything was great and i highly recommend that apartment.

Quite far from everything, no sidewalk by the road or some paths to walk.
