Nothing, I've been to others hacienda's before which were better organised and welcoming their guests with love and attention to details. For the price I've paid I was expecting much better services from the management and staff. Everything was horrible, staff is unprofessional and rude.

Everything was horrible, staff is unprofessional and rude. Food repeatedly was served undercooked and over salted. When we've mention that food is undercooked, they attacked us, accused that we're lying. Unprofessional cooking and serving staff with all the meals time, which was very unpleasant. They didn't provide us with much privacy inside of our room, all the time was knocking on the door with attacking manner of questions. Bathtub is not properly organised, water was running on the floor, all around the bathtub, it was very unpleasant to get out of the bathtub, walking into the dirty water on the floor. That kind of attitude and services from the staff to their guests should cost much less. Our experience is very, very bad compare to our expectations, our time at Hacienda San Agustin was completely ruined. We don't recommend to book this place to anyone!

The staff was terrific. They welcomed us warmly and were very attentive. The lunch and dinners in the Incan room were really unforgettable it was as the most amazing place that I have ever dined. The horseback ride with Daniel and Daniela was very beautiful Our waitress was very alert and helpful We had a tremendous time Jim & Nancy

The only improvement that I can suggest is better/fresher signage from the highway

Staff were enthusiastic and capable. Unusual to stay in a museum with Inca and Colonial attributes. Appreciated room upgrade since there were no other guests while we were there for 3 days.

Wine and/or cocktails could be included in the package price rather than being an expensive add-on.

Most staff did not speak English. Property manager gave us wrong information that cost us a lot of time. Credit card terminal did not work which again cost us a lot of time.
