From the first welcome arrival to the cheerful departure, the experience was very pleasant. They were helpful in finding me a place for my evening meal which did not disappoint. The supplies in the room were way more than I expected. Tea and coffee, and biscuits, full range of personal hygiene products in the shower. And plenty of cupboards to hang your clothes on. High-speed fibre wifi and nice range of freeview TV. The breakfast was at your requested time and full fill hot English breakfast as well as the accompanying fruit, cereals, and juice. Cooked to order as you sit down. WOULD I STAY AGAIN? YOU BET, FIRST CHOICE.

Well, it's a personal thing, but I prefer a firm matress and this was quite soft and springy. But that's me. Can't please everyone.

Location was easy to find and set in a lovely residential area safe clean and quiet. The owners are extremely friendly making you feel welcome and at home. My stay was only brief but I was very happy I chose HP Bed and Breakfast. When in the area again I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Can highly recommend to other travellers.

As mentioned in other reviews, Pat, the manager was wonderful and really made our stay special. I would recommend this lovely B&B to any of my friends without hesitation.

This is a lovely place - there's nothing we didn't like!

The room was spacious, clean and clean. There were ample storage space if you were stopping over for a few days or longer, they made plenty of facilities available as well as the communal areas down stairs.

It took me by surprise as to the location, I thought my sat man was playing up as we where in a housing estate. But that was it, once it the property it made up for everything.

Good old fashioned b and b with excellent room facilities. Great breakfasts provided by lovely hosts 👍
