The room has poor air circulation,the double lock is broken, not working,the pillow r poor quality, make the neck pain, wen I got there they ask me to pay extra, the electricity connection for charging the phone damage my phone charger,no bath mat in d shower, they took 48 hrs to put one,there was no TV remote in the room it took them 48 hrs to bring one, not satisfy at all, very disappointed

hotel location is good closed to wafi mall alot of restaurants nearby

reception staff was very helpful he upgraded my room to junior suite the room is outstanding thank you very much

They were very friendly and they upgraded the room which was amazing… the bathtub was great

The size of the rooms are small

The service was excellent, and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful and attentive. The Restaurant food and service was outstanding. I will definitely recommend reflections Hotel to friends.
