Its located conveniently

They will give you the least favorable room, the room was quite small for a double size bed. Upon check in they forgot many things to give to you. Sad to say i havent taken any photo.

Very near to malls, Gaisano and Centrio

The aircon in my assigned room is so very loud and the noise interferes my sleep. I think it's because the aircon is no longer maintained.

I like the location of the hotel because it was very near from the mall. I also like the way of access to their rooms since it has an elevator and the space of room for single deluxe is breathable, not suffocating for claustrophobic person

I don't like the outdated television. It is not a smart flat screen tv which is more convenient and likes of the occupants to watch especially if it is connected to the internet. the room is not that clean, i have seen used towel in the bathroom and the faucet is very disturbing to a person need to rest because its making a loud sound. Staff is not doing what they need to do, when i have a complain about no trash can in the room and disturbing faucet, they promised to bring one and check the faucet on my room but no action until i checked out

Not clean. Bathroom door was broken. Aircon is somewhat broken too.

im so much greatful with location of this hotel,,,very much convenient. very much nearby with mall, some shops, leisure bar.... that's why i like it very much.

so sorry to tell about the Tv. It has no cable connection. Can't watch another channel, snowy pictures
