Tal vez tener aire acondicionado en el lobby sería mejor pero no es muy importante

QUE A PESAR DE QUE INFORME QUE IBA CON UNA PERSONA EN SILLA DE RUEDAS LOS BAÑOS NO ESTAN APTOS PARA RECIBIR PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD DE MOVILIDAD Y ADEMAS NO EXISTE RAMPAS PARA LA SILLA DE RUEDAS EN LAS AREAS DEL HOTEL

breakfast was good, open dining was great.

the shower curtain needs some weights in the bottom to keep the curtain from blowing in on legs or water out of shower stall. frustrating!

The proximity to the airport was very convenience. When departing the airport, as well as when I needed to depart.

I was not happy with the shuttle ride to the airport. The small car belonged to the maintenance man and was very dirty. The airport is literally 2 minutes away from airport, I paid $30 dollars total for 4 minutes - that's a bit exorbitant.

Breakfast no ta nada agradebel,hopi cheap. Patio ku hopi muskita ta para riba mesa i e bestek nn. Pool su awa no tabata masha limpi tampoko. E parti ku tin un pool,pero ta doño di restaurant ta dirigi kiko por pasa na e pool.

Friendly staffs..The guy chef and the bar tenders/ waitress was amazing, Dinner was always great, mr. Arlyson great guy.

The soap was the size of a domino and we was given one soap our entire stay,was very disappointed in the room service that given, we came back to the room and hair, a piece of nails and rubber band also a dirty plastic cup still in the room, the bathroom floor towel instead of being changed was turned over as well as the comforter on the bed, there was a big green and pink stain on it.

Clean, friendly. Staff efficient with check-in.

They advertised free shuttle from airport...that was a joke...I paid for taxi from airport as there was no shuttle. The check in person claims its only for parties over 4....I think they should provide free shuttle for ALL guests who arrive at airport.

roomsmell/ moldy . The bathroom has seen better days. Reception promised a wake-up call that NEVER happened

Facilities. The room had a smell. Bathroom shelf was broken. Cups for tea/coffee were not clean (dusty).

The fact that my room was on the ground floor.

The key of the door. The swipe did not work and i had to use a key to open and shut the door of my room.

The two lady's who was working at the time I arrived they were so nice & friendly the two dark skin lady unfortunately I forgot the name!

The location from the airport it's amazing in 3 Mims you at your destination

Near the airport. Security visible. Staff attend. Room good and clean. Coffee, thee and drinking water available in the room. For one night stay, Good.

There was no parking place for the guest.

Close to the airport

Not enough parking space in front of the hotel but you can park across the street

no side walk till the airport
