Breakfast is good. Hotel is situated near the convention centre so it's convenient for attending trade fairs.

The food offering for dinner is very average. You need to go outside to find restaurant's for anything decent.

Room and bed was spacious and comfy. Location is strategic, close to Anchol Bandara Seafood and Pagi Sore Nasi Padang, make it easier for lunch or dinner. Staffs were friendly and try to help you as much as they could do.

The location. If you need to step out for shopping in the evening, there's nothing close by.

Great staff, clean comfortable rooms and great food. Have stayed here many times and is a fantastic hotel. Should be rated 5 star.

Hotel staff were friendly

Location was poor. No malls or convenience stall in the vicinity. Had to order grab food if I needed food at night, yet grab cannot enter and I have to walk out of the security gates to collect my food. Room was alright, except that the corridors on level 12 had a very strong smoke odour. The smoke odour crept into my room, and I had to keep asking the hotel staff to use a diffuser to clean up the air.

the sound insulation is bad. I can hear clearly about what they say in the lobby and next to me. Also I been annoyed by knocking sound before 7a.m.. And I have not been provided for shampoo set at first two days, I used a soap for whole body!
