Lodge was specious, private and clean, hot tub was a nice extra

There were builders close to the property throughout the day being very noisy which defeated the point of being so secluded. There were some very friendly cats that came to greet us at the door which was nice at first tho they would beg at the door to be let in for hours (instructions in the lodge to not let them in at any time). Also not sure if they were from the farm or from one of the other lodges close by but we did have young children running past our bedroom window from time to time which was off putting.

The bed was very comfy The lodge was so cosy In a great location and the views were amazing The hot tub was a great touch The utensils were good!

The shower pressure was a little weak

The location was wonderful as a complete getaway from busy life. I was attending the Buddhist festival in Ulverston, and needed to have cooking facilities for my diet. Being able to cook for myself in such a lovely quiet location was ideal. My husband was meant to be with me, but due to work commitments couldn't make it. I felt very safe on my own.

Cabin was beautiful, in the perfect location, so private and peaceful. We loved the hot tub. All the facilities were good, tv, free Wi-Fi, comfy bed, good shower.

Lodge and location perfect for our stay, accommodation was excellent and had everything we needed. Location was ideally set to be close enough for visiting the lakes and surrounding areas, the town only being a short trip to eat out if required. L

Clean, tidy, cosy and great location to explore the lakes. Staff was great and very helpful.
