Hospitality was excellent, wonderful welcome pack, hostess able to give us good advice with regard to catering for our visiting family.

The weather and catching colds off the wee man

The property was very well kept, tidy and clean. The hosts left us a few essentials that really helped get us settled and made it incredibly welcoming. You can find everything you need around the house to be able to just relax and fully enjoy the stay. The house has great communal spaces to dine and sit with family. Dining area, lounge area and a very cosy conservatory make it a great space to be with friends and family. Upstairs is cozy. quality windows, doors etc are all in excellent condition and these little details make the stay extra comfortable. two bathrooms on opposite sides of the house so incredibly convenient

The place is exceptionally, beautifully decorated throughout, the kitchen was great and I just loved the garden room. Amanda is a lovely person who had many chats with my wife. This has to be one of the best places I have stayed.

Peaceful beautiful surroundings your own little private outside space warm comfortable cottage three adults two teenagers and at know time did it feel cramped will return in the future

The welcome by the hosts was amazing. They saw us in, told us about the house and also left us bread, crisps and home baked chocolate brownies which were delicious! The kitchen had everything you could require. The additional shower room made things easy for three women sharing the house. Everything was thought of: there was reading material, board games, DVDs, information about the local area, everything you could need. The local area is beautiful too. We were lucky to arrive the same day as a herd of young calves which were so curious about us and they can right up to the fence to say hi. So cute. The hosts’ dog Millie was a highlight / she loved a bit of fuss and was so so friendly. We can not recommend this property highly enough - we are going to make it a regular retreat.
