We were recommended the hotel by a friend who has a second home in Juan. When we arrived we were delighted with the physical appearance of the hotel and the entrance area with swimming pool and 'restaurant' area. We were welcomed by very friendly staff at Reception who took over our luggage and delivered it to our room which was on the first floor and had a balcony at the side of the hotel. It did not have a direct view of the gardens, but overlooked a windowless wall of a rather charming old house and gave us a lot of privacy as we were not overlooked. I believe the hotel has recently been refurbished and the interior design was delightful. My husband uses a mobility scooter and the staff were very accommodating providing us with a sheltered space outside to park it. Overall, the hotel and the staff could not have been better.

Boutique and quiet, had a more personal touch. Very clean. Great location in Juan les Pins which was a 5min walk to the town/beach but without the noise. Lovely pool and breakfast area and next door to Juana hotel which has a nice bar and restaurant. Beds are super comfy and had nice towels too.

Found there was a lack of plug sockets in the room. Only had one double socket by the bathroom - none next to the bed which was slightly inconvenient.

The staff were amazing and always ready to help. Plus, very happy to make conversation.

Checkin and clean room, comfy enough bed and bathroom, less charm than expected by looking at the pics. Pool too close to the road.

They made me pay for the parking even though I did not use it, because the had booked it for me but it was full. Also they charge 50 euros if you loose a towel, thats crazy and the rooms are badly insulated, you hear every toilet flush from your neighbours or people passing by. Internet is sloow.

The property is clean, newly renovated rooms, a nice pool area and bar where to have breakfast and relax during the day. Good breakfast

There is no elevator and no water/frigo bar in the room

Room was infested with ants (bed, washroom). Reception was completely unhelpful.

The bedroom suite was brilliant for our family, beds nice, linen nice, spacious and great features such as the blinds. We loved the pool outside the front and the convenience of the hotel in Juan Les Pins

Breakfast overpriced and really minimal menu, not what I was expecting. I needed another meal after eating the breakfast. Family also shared the same sentiment around breakfast

The room was very comfortable and large. The location is very central. Staff were very helpful. I would stay there again.

Location was perfect. The hotel is cozy and very clean. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! I really like their breakfast offers. It ensures no waste and everything was fresh! The property location is excellent, especially because I was attending a conference at a venue less than 5 min away (walking distance).

The internet is not the fastest - was Ok to download videos but not to stream it. Minor point since internet is free.
