Great location and staff

Upon arriving at the hotel, the room was stunning. True royal experience! The staff gave us a tour of the premises and a brief history of the hotels' origin. The room was huge and super comfortable. Thankfully the windows were soundproof as there was bar on the other side of the river with extremely loud music (perfect for young, hip people wanting a good party) The breakfast was exceptional, please keep an eye on the majestic art on the ceilings of each room. We ate breakfast in the back garden which was a super peaceful space perfect for couples and for families.

No particular dislikes. The parking facilities were excellent however we were unable to keep the car parked there for the full duration of our stay due to other visitors arriving and lack of spaces.

Great place, great hotel

The intimate size of the property was fantastic, along with the generous room sizes. Location facing the Arno is terrific.

The staff were not particularly warm and concierge services were nonexistent. Google was more helpful.

The hotel is very nice and the staff very polite

The hotel needs a restoration. In the 80's it was a very luxurious hotel i guess Also i didn't like that the city tax was different than what was written on booking. The official tax is 5.5 €/night and not 7 as the hotel taxed us. Beware of this.

Very elegant hotel on the Arno River. The room was the perfect size. We had a balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast was delicious. The employees were very helpful and friendly.

Good position on Arno

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast staff were also friendly and helpful but need further training please.

The breakfast was adequate though some things needed to be topped up such as fruit and cereal. Bread rolls not good. Classic croissants/cornettos would be better than all those sweet pastries. It could be a more relaxing atmosphere. More tables needed when we were there.

cozy hotel that gives off a very nice family vibes. the staff are very welcoming and sweet, the hotel feels unique. the room, also not very modern, is very comfortable, amazing views and has everything you need

The room was very comfortable. The hotel was well situated on the Arno River. It was a short walk to the Ponte Vecchio and to the major sights in Florence. Free parking was a definite plus.

There was really nothing to complain about.

The breakfast is so poor and i think they should say we dont have vreajfast, and we ask for our car oarking a bit more time but they dont accept we need to act so hurry so generally we dont like the place

Excellent location, the staff were great and the room overviewing the river with a huge balcony was amazing. Breakfast was big with plenty of options, they had a host there that would help with everything and would even pour the tea for you. Amazing place, recommend it!
