Location was perfect as we travelled to the town by train. Having reception staff available for helping with queries/directions etc. was also a big advantage - they were always very helpful and friendly too. For guests with limited mobility or carrying heavy luggage there is a lift available which we appreciated. The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was beautifully quite as well so we slept well every night.

the place was close to the centre, clean and relaxing. The Staff where excellent nothing was to much trouble. They advised which restaurants to go to and helped with reservations. Could not ask for more.

Staff were helpful and pleasant. Location was quiet and convenient to town and train station. Pool area kept very clean and sun loungers always available. Apartment was large, modern and comfortable.

Apartments are serviced once a week which meant we didn't get clean towels during our 5 day stay. It cost €10 to use the washing machine once, which was expensive, considering you had to do it yourself and dry the clothes on your balcony.

Beautiful location situated perfectly for easy walking and train travel. Staff where very helpful and it was quite. Air-conditioning was perfect amd the rooms spacious and modern. Good value for money at roughly £200 a night for a family of 4

A little dated inside the rooms, amd the patio door was broken and didn't lock, which was a worry for theft, even if the area is perfect you just don't know. Shower although good was also broken.and kept falling off

The breakfast was delicious and varied. Fresh fruit, tasty eggs and bacon and loads of other options. I already miss the coffee! The staff are so warm, friendly and helpful too. Our room was spacious and fully air conditioned and the hotel itself is in a peaceful spot but a short stroll into Desenzano itself, which is a beautiful part of Lake Garda with plenty of restaurants, cafes and wine bars. The kitchenette is handy. Bed linen and towels were pristine. Throughout the hotel, the cleanliness was to a high standard. Wi-Fi was very good. And finally, security was great. We loved the triple lock doors. We felt very safe.

The integrated fridge was poorly fitted and gave out a lot of heat. The plastic covers for the plug sockets fell off. It would’ve been handy if the TV was connected to the internet so our fire stick would work.

The hotel location was great - just a few minutes from the town (easy for beach access, boat hire, restaurants) and very close to Lake Garda itself. Near by e-bikes which were great value and great fun, with off road pavements for miles. The 4th floor has the best lake views (lower down don't really!). Staff great. Room clean and spacious - fabulous balcony in room 418! Definitely happy with our stay.

Slow to wait for the lift - often quicker to walk 4 flights! Breakfast was fine (but not brilliant) - the same options everyday but extensive enough - hot, cold, cereals etc but it didn't vary and the coffee was pretty poor! The pool is small but there were always loungers and it was clean and well kept.

Close to the promenade easy to get to from station-10 minute walk. pool was a big busy at times for our daughter but quiet in the evening- usual groups taking over with ball games, but to no fault of the property. Good view from balcony- everything you need in apartment to make meals. staff very helpful- arranged our transfer and trip to gardaland no problem at all! Very clean - great place to stay!!!

Living area was basic - a lamp would have nice for evening and an extra armchair as four of us were staying.

The pictures of the facilities are quite misleading. The rooms and apartment are small and old with cheap furnishings in the living area and very obsolete bathrooms. The common areas are also quite disappointing and the breakfast was mediocre. I booked because of the high rating on booking and found it misleading. The swimming pool is very small and not heated.

Good central location - close to the train station, the lake, shops, restaurants and a supermarket. I had a sunny terrace with a distant view of the lake. Lovely pool. The room had cooking facilities. Large clean bathroom. Good wifi. Good privacy with option of daily cleaning for an additional charge.

Having two single beds put together to form a double. You could hear everything through the neighbouring walls. The shower pressure was adequate but could've been better.
