We loved the staff! They are so so lovely and friendly and nice! I never visited hotel with all Of the staff so lovely ! Food was so good too! Actually better than last year! Delicious! The bar and restaurant staff were so lovely we feel like we stayed with someone we know for the whole time. They took extra mile at work and definitely deserve best feedback!!!

could of have extra toilet on the ground floor

Sängen var väldigt hård. Poolhanddukarna var alldeles för små och tunna. De var dessutom trasiga.

Adorámos a simpatia dos funcionários, a localização é ótima e o Buffet apresentou-se com bastante variedade e qualidade. Nós optámos por tudo incluído. Todas as noites houve espetáculos de entertenimento. Com certeza que iremos voltar!

The pools

Very many broken glasses, day after day. All inclusive cocktails served from premixed containers in ordinary glasses with nearly no taste of alcohol. Very many sunbenches taken early in the morning an no one using them most of the day.

The rooms were very clean and food was great

The pool area was very dirty and not very well maintained.

Excellent food, accommodation and the location is at the heart of everything needed for families. The staff particularly in the restaurants were amazing. Tina the senior waiter there was great with the kids and very accommodating when we needed anything. The selection of food was fantastic. The quality and freshness of all the food was just top class. There is something for everyone. We had an all inclusive package and we happily ate there everyday.

This was an exceptional hotel with exceptional aldi for money.

All the sunbeds are taking with towels before 9am and people don't come to the pool until late afternoon.

Food buffet selection on certain days disappointing. No courtesy room for guests to shower and freshen while waiting for late flight post check out. Had to use smelly gym shower which is totally inadequate for families. This needs addressing.

Staff at reception was lovely and overall, the staff was helpful and very nice. Buffet was nice. The staff works really hard, very good service. The room was very clean, we asked for no service as we were only staying 3 nights, only to change the towels and more toilet roll on the last day.

We travel a lot, we stay in all sort of accommodation, and in all of them, from B&B's to hostels to 3 and 4 star hotels we get the welcome and daily tea and coffee, it is the minimum requirement, for a 4 star hotel the use of the fridge has always been included, specially in a hot country in high season, but I was told as our room was standard that was not included. I booked a 4 star hotel for a reason, but hey ho. The spa is also included in all hotels we have stayed, obviously not the treatments, bearing in mind there was not one single lounger to use at the pool as most guest have left their towels on them and gone for the day. This was clearly shown at reception, a warning about not doing it, yet the staff from the pool said "its how it is, no one is controlling it". The gym facility consist on one running machine, one bike and a few weights, quite deceiving seeing pics of it previously. Pool table also paid of course. Car park 10 euros a day, there was nowhere to park as it was a Sunday. So overall, quite disapointed with the "Standard room" in a 4 star hotel.
