Standard Ibis room. Clean, good value, enough space for a few nights (we only stayed for one). Great central location. We even had a view of the cathedral. Secure parking.

Breakfast was exceptional and the coffee made to order. The room was wonderful with a lovely view and super comfortable bed. Loved being in the centre of everything, close to great restaurants and able to walk easily to the water or to see the other sites in the city. The reception staff were extremely helpful when we needed advice about how to get to a particular Bilbao station.

Breakfast was reasonable but not great. We arrived a bit late in the service and eggs/ bacon etc. looked as though they had been there since the early hours.

Wonderful welcome. Attractive hotel with lots of attention to detail in the rooms. Just very warm and comfortable with an excellent location in the town and close to parking. Will definitely return.

Amazing hotel - perfect location, easy explanation on how to find the parking, great service at reception. The rooms are spacious enough with a desk and chair. Spacious and clean bathrooms. The shower was fantastic. Bed - very comfortable. Views to the main bar and restaurants street. Overall an awesome experience and a hotel to come back to.

The hotel is well situated in the town of Hondaribbia with easy access to everything from restaurants, the waterfront, the beach, parking and a local bus to Donostia-San Sebastián! Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The restaurant/bar was not as good as the others in town but we were spoilt for choice anyway.

excellent location, friendly helpful staff, didn't have breakfast or dinner so unable to comment. We stayed one night. unloaded the car outside but did need to park at least 5 minutes walk away.

it had a fantastic room with French doors opening out over the square and pedestrianised street. it was May Day and the joy and socialising in the street was wonderful to see. The hotel's restaurant Entabe was very full and unfortunately closed the next day for lunch and dinner, however I had breakfast there which was excellent and the very best cafe con leche I have had after many weeks in Spain. interior was modern and tasteful. i preferred staying in the fishing village part of town, by the river, rather than in the old town on the hill. the Parador looked cold and uninviting. Colditz!

Breakfast was quite nice and correct, regarding quantity is enough... It is not buffet because of Corona but they give you a tray with a varety of food (fruits, croisant with butter and jam, bread with tomato jamon and cheese, yogourt, etc). We liked It a lot

The room was a bit tight, but not a big problem. We were 3, there was an extra bed, maybe this was the reason

It has a perfect location, just next to the pubs and restaurants. Also the room was quiet well furnished with good facilities and very clean.

The room lacks a coffee/tea machine to be perfect.
