La ubicacion un poco lejos del casco antiguo .

La cama y la almohada eran muy cómodas. Además, todo estaba muy limpio y la temperatura de la habitación y la insonorización perfecta. Recomendado.

Todo limpio, la zona está muy bien, tranquila comparado con el centro pero en un paseo de 10/15mins por la Concha te plantas en el casco antiguo. El personal super amable y te dan buenas recomendaciones.

Spacious bedroom and modern look

No full time reception. No fridge or safe in room. Dirty curtains and hanging from rail. I had to climb on locker to fix. Outside appearance is filthy but room very clean. I would not class this as a Hotel as no facilities or bar or receptionist full time. TV too complicated a system to operate. Would think I should get a refund for the negatives of the room. Wouldn't recommend or stay again.

We really enjoyed the clean, quiet and modern hotel in walking distance to the beach and small shops and bars. Staff recommended Cerveza Antigua nearby whith excellent Pintxos and Txacoli vine

The check in {by machine like an airport giving you your ticket), because staff not always available (24/7) code was provided by APP well before arriving The machine (check in) is very easy to use and really quick - giving you your roomkey. Change the roomkey also for a code like the frontdoor and it's completely keyless (would be even better :-)) Very modern and nice hotel All looked good, worked and clean and modern If you have a question, calling or app and they respond really quickly

The beds keep a kind of memory, so when turning at night you have to find the same 'position' I missed a small safe for a laptop and belongings (although kind of locked storage in the hallway) A little far from town (good for the daily step count)

It did not have a hotel feel. There was no human interaction at check in. The bed was also very uncomfortable and not hotel standard.

Simple, clean and reasonably comfortable. The room was small but well designed and the whole building felt newly decorated. The staff we encountered (cleaning staff) were friendly and helpful. Good access to the local beach and a reasonable walking distance (c25 mins) to the centre of the city. If you don't mind that extra distance, the walk along the main beach front/promenade is a nice way to start and end each evening if you are heading out for dinner in the Old Town or Centro. While the area of town the hotel is in is unlikely to be the main attraction for tourists, there are a couple of local cafes and bars that were popular with locals and nice to have nearby as an optional extra.

The hotel was very basic for the price. High prices seem to be an issue across the whole of San Sebastián though and we may have visited in a particularly bad week for availability/pricing. If the price was c60% of what we paid, I would give the hotel full marks as a 'budget friendly' hotel. However, at the price charged it puts itself in competition with many other places across Europe (3*/4*) that offer a lot more for the money. At that price, the missing features - no staff on-site (other than cleaning), no breakfast, small/low quality toiletries in the bathroom, no lockable safe in the room (a problem for travel insurance) - start to stand out. For example, we had to evacuate one morning due to a fire alarm, but due to no staff being on-site it wasn't resolved quickly. The stay was perfectly fine, no major complaints, this is simply a comment about the mismatch between the price and the quality.
