Phew, where to start? Ordered their nicest room, and it was just incredibly overpriced for what it was and the experience was way below par. The room was run down and dillapitated with broken closets, appliances that didn't work, mold on the walls, cracked paint, and worse. A random mattress laid against the window which is supposed to give a nice view. The floor was dirty, found a random sock on the floor as well as sauce that sprayed on the side of the couch and table that no one bothered cleaning up. The AC was wonky. There was no plug for the jacuzzi in the bathroom, and the switch to change the pressure was broken off. There was also no hairdryer. We called to get both and were promised to get both within 5 minutes. 30 minutes later I call and they again say 10 minutes. 10 minutes later I get a knock on the door and am handed a ripped up box with a hair dryer and told to wait a little longer for the bath plug. An hour later they showed up with it and it's quite clear they went out to buy one. It's a miracle I didn't discover this at night or we would have had no jacuzzi at all! They left half used bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The nightstand lights didn't work on either side because the plugs had disappeared and they didn't replace them even tho they were told about them. The electric beds weren't plugged in and a guy from maintenance came over only after a few hours to fix it. The mirrors were dirty. The couch was peeling and uncomfortable and the few utensils in the empty kitchen were dirty and old food was left in the fridge. On top of all that, they couldn't even be bothered to leave as much as a bottle of water in the room and worst of all, I put in a request to have towel hearts put on the bed as it was a romantic getaway and even though they acknowledged the request they couldn't even be bothered to actually do it. Lastly, the check-in guy couldn't look less interested.

Just wanted to give a review of this hotel as it was perfect for my needs. I came with my daughter to Mitspe Ramon on an overnight stay so we could mountain bike along the crater trails. We had a ride at sunset and then a very early start with a ride at sunrise. My daughter is 13 so I didnt want to go somewhere very fancy ie Beresihit as would be wasted on a kid and too expensive. Price wise this hotel was excellent just under 500 shekel for the night. The breakfast was perfect although could have had some cake/mufins/roalach. The staff were very friendly. Rooms clean. Lovely bathroom with a jacuzzi which was amazing. Location wise we were 5 minute walk, 2 min ride from the crater and enjoyed the bike parths there. The swimming pool was amazing. Not huge but we loved it. All in all a wonderful overnight stay at a perfect price

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room looked nice and in good condition, as was the dining area, the pool and the yard. Breakfast was nice.

Price was a bit high for the location, some of the breakfast vegetables looked "tired" (red peppers)

Clean. Perfect for what we needed. Breakfast, pool, location. But most important - clean. perfect for a family for a few days stay. good value for the money. breakfast was like at home. scrambled eggs, salad, bread, cornflakes, milk, oj, and coffee.

did not know we could have ordered dinners. they need to note that in information web page. other than that, nothing to not like.

Dinner and breakfast were great! Enough options for vegans as well.

There was a big miscommunication with the reception about the payment, a few phone calls before we arrived and even after, the day we arrived we were requested to pay way more and it was all cleared. When we checked out, it happened again, a new receptionist telling me we didn't pay the full amount and we had to clarify it all over. We booked mini suite for two adults + 2 kids and it caused a lot of trouble for them. The pool is super small.

Great location. Nice staff. Can recommend it. Good breakfast.

Carpet in the room needs some vacuum cleaning.
