Breakfast was good if you ate early. Croissants were lovely but not replenished. On our final morning we went for breakfast just before 8.00 and there were none left. Evening buffet was very good.

This was clearly a hotel for tour groups. Dining room had lots of large tables and only two tables for individual diners. We were lucky on most occasions and got one of the small tables.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious. The hotel is within walking distance of the old city.

I didn't dislike anything

Some of the staffs were very kind, otheres were not.

The wifi was not repaired.

Breakfast was excellent- different foods every day along with a wide range of yummy favourites. The swimming pool on the roof was a welcome place to cool down after our days sightseeing.

Location Stuff

The bed was comfortable. The location was really near to the old town and well linked to the city center. Staff was polite and kind. There was free orange juice in the hall.

The price was totally disappoing with respect to what we got. The shower was very bad without possibility of taking a bathroom even though there was an hot tub since there was no stopper, and the shower head was working not properly. The swimming pool on the rooftop was not cured, the glass panes surrounding dirty, the umbrellas closed and no shadow. The balcony has only a view on an anonymous road.

The front desk and restaurant staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond and were very helpful during our 3 day stay. The food was excellent, rooms were comfortable, terrace is wonderful, the hotel is the PERFECT location to many restaurants and shopping and best of all, a 5-15 min walk to several doors into the old city.

The only issue I had was that the shower in the bathroom in our standard room was really not fit for a 4 star hotel, the tiles and grout looked terrible and while it was clean, it looked poorly maintained. The bathroom shower in my mom’s room was in better shape (she had a superior room while I had a standard room).

Location is good also good reception and good food

The Quibla in room 416 was pointing at the wrong direction and that was misleading anyway lalredy relayed that to reception
