Beautiful, very friendly. I will go back again and again. Its my favourite hotel and close to my favourite Park, Bradgate.

Breakfast & dinner were superb,and staff could not of been nicer.

Would have liked softer pillows

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for me, to enable me to spend some quality time with my son, his partner and family. I like the idea of being able to return and know I will be comfortably well looked after. Thank you so much.

There was nothing I didn't like apart from the fact it wasn't possible for me to stay another night due to commitments at home, but I shall return.

Price and food selection

Excellent staff. Location. Parking. Breakfast. Comfortable. Clean. Great shower! Good value. Yes, we would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are a little dated, we did notice there appears to be upgrade works in progress, otherwise everything works and is clean and comfortable.

The room was large and well heated. Bathroom had plenty of towels and the tea and coffee as well. Good value for money. Big breakfast with lots of variety.

Okay, so this isn't hotel's fault but there was loud music from a band playing so wasn't able to sleep initially, after a very long trip. There also isnt any room service, so I either ate alone in a noisy bar or went hungry...I opted for the latter! The walls are very thin, so I was also entertained by a very happy couple in room 16! I was looking forward to breakfast the next day, and it was worth it! Big portion, and lots to choose from in terms of cereal, juice and coissants.

We had a long wait for dinner and also breakfast! The dinner was ok but a very long wait which we were prepared to accept due to one chef! But really not acceptable. Breakfast was another level! I asked for hot water with lemon easy but not able to assist! No yoghurts and a limited breakfast. My husband ordered a English no egg and low and behold a egg on plate. My omelette overcooked and very greasy. I also had to ask for toast and surprised it is not standard ? The hotel was lovely but meals very hit and miss due to low staff! Another chef needed to keep up with demand to cope with guest level needed. such a shame a great location and lovely hotel. Pm check your hedges for thrown into bushes glasses and bottles .

A very welcoming place. Great people to make you feel comfortable, even after a very long flight!

Location was great, staff could not have been more efficient and helpful.the room was spotless and food excellent!! Value for money was was fantastic, and I cannot recommend highly enough. Would go back again for sure.

Rooms too hot

The room was ok, although the tea tray was only partially refilled after day 1 and the bath was not cleaned each day. Some of the staff were friendly and as helpful as possible.

This inn appears to be suffering from a corporate roll out which is more concerned with bottom line profitability than customer satisfaction. The staff seem disengaged, the food was less than average and the shabby decor catalogue shopped with no sense of taste or fit to the building. Little touches which would have made a difference, like a bottle of water in the room or even a toilet brush, were missing. The breakfast was very limited and even the brewery's own brand IPA beer ran out on one evening.

Good sized clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast, cooked to order. Very convenient location, close to M1.

Radiator in bathroom without controls, stuck on full on warm day. What a waste of energy. Everything looks a bit tired, carpets in public areas need cleaning, paint chipping, worn bedhead in room. Evening meal disappointing.
