The property is located on a quieter side of the the beautiful city of Monopoly within the old town. The locations is absolutely perfect next to beautiful churches and the outstanding beaches. The view from our room was breathtaking and the duplex family size room was absolutely gorgeous. Both beds were king sized, the room itself was huge, the kitchen area was perfect and the bathroom was was big and spacious. The breakfast delivered every morning was much better than expected. We really appreciated the welcome bag that included wine, crackers and olive oil. The staff was easy to communicate with via Whatsup. Also, there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Lastly the best pork sandwich place is right next door. I would definitely come back again and stay in the same location.

The cleaning schedule was annoying. They didn’t replace towels and sheets when scheduled due to a do not disturb sign but didn’t follow up next day and change, we had to request. Also completed cleaning one day when we were in the room despite us being gone all morning before and leaving soon after. Definitely need to be more flexible on the cleaning schedule and try to work around guests when they leave/come back. Other than this the stay was amazing

We had the top floor room with outdoor jacuzzi and it was stunning. A fabulous view (not the sea view) which is better than those shown on booking.com

If you were really unfit the stairs may be an issue, but they carried our bags up so it really wasn’t an issue for us (59 steps).

Good location

Paid for a suite with hot tub. The room was ver small and hot tub was turned off during the summer and therefore not useable! Not only did the hot tub not work but it made a massive noise all day night. When I complained they did not act. When I complained again they sent someone up but they did nothing. So buyer beware! Change of towels also cost 10 euros extra per towel change! The breakfast offered was always cold by the time it reached your room as there is no breakfast room to eat in. Not a good experience at all so we left half way through our six night stay!

Lovely host and location. Property was clean and well presented. Breakfast was delivered daily and very welcome. The outside space of balcony for the superior property was very welcomed and a fantastic space.

Room was a little on the small side, which for a superior property and price, I had hoped for a larger room. The Kitchenette was just a fridge and portable hot plate.

the location of this property can’t be beat. the staff is helpful and friendly. the apartment was clean and spacious and the complimentary breakfast was brought each morning- which I took to the rooftop and relaxed with birds flying all around. there is a small beach a short walk away. lots of restaurants and bars all over. great spot!

the only downfall I would say is they don’t have an elevator so pack light.

A stylish and elegant property in a great, quiet location. our room had a spacious terrace with day beds, a hot tub, and beautiful sea views.

Having 59 steps to climb to top floor was a bit challenging with luggage, but worth the effort.

I paid 30 euro for a decorative vase, unfortunately i broke it, and they tell to pay something that for me was stupid

Didn’t see staff much and when we did see someone she appeared rushed. No hair conditioner No washing machine Only one key and sometimes couldn’t get out of the property (think this is a massive safely issue)

The location in the old town and facing the ocean was good.

We didn't like the lack of air ventilation. The room smelt damp.

Location is great. Ladies who clean the rooms very kind. The bed is soft.

First of all, we waited more than enough for someone to open reception. Girl who finally came gave us number to contact her what ever we need, after she wasn't available. No one at reception for 3 days. No one to turn to in case we needed help. No slippers at room which is not acceptable. Room with jacuzzi very disappointing. Water not clean not possible to use it. No one to help with suitcases in hotel without lift and hundreds stairs. And so on...

Disappointed, we were being served breakfast in our room but first day it came late and just chucked into a plastic bag, so the food was swimming in most of the coffee. After we complained we were given vouchers to a bar downstairs.

The stairs, we had been informed there were some but perhaps not the quite the amount there were. In retrospect as I have some walking difficulties a room on the lower floor would have been better.

We were looking forward to our stay and hoping for a nice experience. The keys were waiting for us but because of our 1 am arrival we had to pay 50€, for them to give us the keys. Our room was clean looking but it took about 30 minutes before they were able to start the Airconditiong which, took all night to cool.

We had Cockroaches 🪳. Every evening we’d come home to find one or two. Over a three night stay we killed 6. We texted the hotel about the problem but never received any feedback. They obviously received the messages because they left us bug spray but we didn’t get any explanation or information as to what was being done to rectify the cockroach infestation. On check out the cleaner asked where they had been found and said that they would spray the whole room. Hopefully the next guest won’t have the same experience.
