We were there for a concert and it was walking distance. The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff were super friendly and attentive

What a beautiful hotel! We loved our corner suite! The views were amazing, the room was clean and luxurious, the free breakfast was great (and made to order) and the free dinner reception was a nice perk. The restaurant had great food. It was also great that the hotel was so close to the Children's Museum and the Natural History Museum (both of which were amazing!).

Parking is a bit tricky having to use the public pay lots (free on weekends though). The pool was chilly (the pool room was not heated and they didn't stock enough pool towels for everyone), but the hot tub was nice.

The breakfast was good. The waffle was sweet. We loved the food being brought to us.

The outdoor tables weren't all set up so we sat at the benches in the grass with lots of bugs.

Embassy Suites is beautiful hotel with a awesome lobby, large clean rooms great breakfast.

What I didn’t like is we never stayed there and you won’t refund my money. Air quality cancelled the outdoor event that brought us to Rockford. No way to cancel with Booking.com so I am very unhappy. No way to call booking . Com. Seems quite unfair.

Very cool building that the hotel was in . The river is a great feature. Our room was clean fresh and very comfortable. The food and drinks in the hotel were.very good too.

Really I liked everything. The city is in the process of revitalization, so there are some buildings that are abandoned, but I see a lot of good creative plans in the works.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and compassionate.

The room with the lights on was still a little dark.

The ceiling that we had, had No ceiling lights whatsoever and the walls is kinda undone and the house keeping was terrible because the food tray was kept outside for 6hrs despite telling the worker up front

The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond. Very helpful. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

Very cool hotel. Old manufacturing building re done as a hotel. Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Made to order included breakfast was very good as well. Would stay again.

It's such a unique hotel. Love the industrial architecture that was left. Reception staff was great. Hilton rewards benefits were awesome.
